Based on service and communication, I would never buy a home again from this company again. After agreement on terms, they called and increased the price of the home based on their costs. After that we were told the home would be completed in 6 months or so. We've had normal construction and city set-backs, but getting a straight answer or timeline from their construction team is incredibly difficult. We are continue to be led on and not told the whole truth. Not to mention, we've been through 3 sales managers and 2 construction managers in just the last few months and high-level management rarely

Builder of “non-custom homes” with poor customer relations. Once the sales agreement is signed you simply become a number in the queue. From contract date to completion the project took 18 months, despite being told the home would be build and finalized within about 1 year. Exterior landscape contract deadlines were not met, mainly due to Koelbel focusing on developing new properties.

I was very rudely accosted in their parking lot today by a female employee, who insisted that I had been "leaving my car there for days at a time" she went on to assure me that "She wrote down my license plate number yesterday" I tried my best to politely explain that I was here for a dentist appointment in the area and did not know it was private parking and that I would be happy to move, but that I had NEVER EVER been in this lot before. After several more rounds of her angrily stating I am lying I pointed out the car seats in my car, the star wars sticker on my truck and said "are you sure it
