We found John via a referral agency, and the agency sent us the best real estate agent possible! I can’t recommend him enough. John remained professional, honest, sincere, timely, and did not pressure us in any way. I cannot begin to praise John Basila's work enough as an agent in selling my deceased sister's property in Columbine West. Not only did he price it right as we got a full price offer in two days after it hit the market (two other realtors suggested $10 and $20 thousand lower offering prices), but he was absolutely on top of the process every step of the way, helping to hire repair people as necessary, being there for their services, doing some of the repairs himself, and taking care of many miscellaneous details, all saving me making many 30 mile trips to the property.
