Build strength and endurance while you define, sculpt and build lean muscle with a personal trainer. Each session is focused on one muscle group. Sessions range from 45 - 60 minutes. Performance is designed to help build strength and endurance. This micro-group class includes circuit training, cardio exercises, bodyweight exercises, and free weights.

Classes range from 45 - 60 minutes. Unwind your body and focus on recovery with our cryotherapy and massage services. We also host special events focused on stretch and recovery at our sister studio, Peach Lab. RPM changed my attitude on health and fitness by forcing me to stick to a schedule and thinking about what I eat and how it fuels my body.

This place is fantastic! The time spent here is with trainers who really care about your experience and pay attention to make sure you are in proper position and not doing anything to hurt yourself. My body is sore today in the best way! I highly recommend this place and the trainer, Emily.

RPM Fitness is one of the best gyms in all of Michigan. The classes are high intensity and fun, and the staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable in all things fitness. I highly recommend RPM for anyone looking for high quality personal training or awesome HIIT classss.

RPM is an incredible place to workout. If you are looking to get in seriously good shape the trainers at RPM will fit workouts exactly toward what you are going for. Between circuits, strength, cardio, cross-training etc. the team is all-pro and can push you to limits you didn't know you had. You will notice improvements in no time at all. Small groups allow for attention to detail and maximum results. It's all about quality over quantity, if you can do both then great! Do your best and forget the rest! Best gym in Metro Detroit. Staff is professional, workouts are changing everyday, and the experience is totally personalized. Big box gyms are great if you want to keep active, but RPM is for people who actually want to change their bodies for the better.

A deluge of positive reviews all within the same week of each other, clearly trying to offset the honest reviews that they deem negative. First off, in the below reviews Bryan Ales and Jay are both trainers at the gym, so take their reviews for what they're worth (albeit both are great trainers). For $400/month this place is a joke. As a trainer for over 8 years, I have been to just about every single gym in Detroit. Every place I went, I always felt the workouts and the trainers were average at best...until I found RPM. Every trainer there is extremely knowledgeable and the workouts are AMAZING and ALWAYS new and creative. RPM has helped me to get into the best shape of my life. Whether you are new to working out or have been doing it for years, RPM has something for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Let me just start by saying this is the best gym ever! I lived in NY most my life, and I’ve had the chance to try out many of the top notch fitness clubs and classes. I never thought coming to the Detroit area I would find something better, but I have. The environment is modern and clean, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the owner went out of his way to get to know me and my fitness desires. The best part though are the classes, amazing! Always changing, very effective, and so much fun! I am seeing amazing results. I am so pleased that I was able to find this pearl.

Best Gym in Birmingham. I love the personal attention that I receive, the unique and creative workout routines - it never gets boring. It is not your typical gym. Amazing trainers and friendly staff. Eric and John are phenomenal trainers and dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. I finally found a gym where I feel right at home and I feel excited about going there. I also love that they have trainers with previous boxing experience. The boxing drills are fun and break up the monotony and the training is top notch!

I absolutely love RPM. I've been going since the Spring around 1-2x per week and every workout has been different, challenging, and rewarding. I've been working out for a few years pretty seriously, and it's wonderful to be able to keep learning new workouts, lifts, etc. The trainers there are amazing. I've gone through workouts with each one of them and have never had anything shy of a great experience.
