Bradenton Veterinary Hospital was founded in 1947 by Dr. Walter France as Bradenton Small Animal Hospital. Dr. France, who was a World War I veteran, started the practice near the close of the second war to end all wars. Initially Bradenton Small Animal Hospital was a mixed animal practice. Dr. France sold the practice to Dr. Clair Butler in 1957.

Services
Dr. Logas graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary. She worked in three practices before buying one in Winona, MN in 1992. In 2011 she and her husband, Jeff, decided to move to the Sunshine State and bought Bradenton Small Animal Hospital. They changed the name from containing the word "animal" to Bradenton Veterinary Hospital to better reflect pets' status as family members.

Sorry in advance for the long winded review. I have to say, this place is amazing. I brought my cat Oreo here 5 1/2 years ago with an issue that caused him to stop doing anything on his own. At the time, he was 13 and I paid to have him euthanized. Dr. Logas came in and said let's try one more thing....next day he was moving, eating and using the bathroom on his own!! Well, now 5.5 years later he just got too old and had lost all quality of life so I brought him there again to have him euthanized. They are so caring and sympathetic of the situation. Nice people, and the Dr I saw I could tell genuinely cared for my sick cats well being and knew his craft well enough for my Kitty to recover very quickly. He was willing to see my kitty on his lunchbreak and was willing to work late to see that all the animals that needed care were treated. A real hero in my book.

My daughter fed our Border Collie 15 chocolate chip cookies for lunch. Brought her to Bradenton Veterinary Hospital and they took such great care of her even being a walk-in first time patient. They took her back almost immediately to get the chocolate chip cookies out of her. Not only did they take her case seriously they kept a watchful eye on her for additional time to make sure she was safe to go home. They did a great job on keeping me informed through it all while giving me the best options too. Their prices are reasonable as can be and their staff rocks. Thank you Bradenton Veterinary Hospital

Took our little girl Daisy there for a first visit today. We had previously used another vet in the area but they were unwilling to help us out in an emergency.
These folks were nice enough to fit us in. Actually they have a walk-in clinic and will fit anyone in. We felt like we were very well taken care of and they took very good care of our little girl. The technician and the vet came out and gave us a very thorough explanation and supplied us with the needed medications.
We're happy to have found a new vet and we'll use them for all of our pet care from here forward. I can't say enough about
