I would always get service from this gentlemen who would take the time to check everything out. My previous clinic would just come in and ask a couple qestions leave and magically their dr would have the answer... but since my switch, this gentlmen tech takes the time to actually show interest in my pet to try and see what problems he can rule out, so that the dr. Doesnt have to work so hard to give an answer as to whats wrong. Eithet way he always wore black and he believed is buddism... he had such a beautiful necklace on. So if you can please give him my thanks... i will definitely always come

One word comes to mind - Gross
The whole place feels really dated and old. It's cluttered with junk. None of it looks like it's been clean since it opened. Furniture is stained and ripped. There's just a lot of random stuff everywhere with a layer of dust and grime.
I went here because this place accepted an insurance I had it was the only one and I'm low on cash. The check in way was a bit archaic but I let it slide and tried to ignore the gross and dated atmosphere. Once we got to the room (1 out of maybe three) we met a very nice guy who was a vet tech but honestly out of

I justed started coming to Kindess Animal Clinic. At first all the people there were very kind to me. But when I called the place becuase my dog lost a baby tooth, they immediately put me on hold without asking if i was ok with that. I waited and waited only to be told that the doctor had walked into the a room and would call me back. Im still waiting for this call. I would not take your pet to this place becuase they dont care about your pet.

I downloaded Yelp just to leave this review. I took my cat in today with a very general complaint- meaning I have no idea what is wrong with her.
First off, when I called to make an appointment for Friday, and then called back to reschedule for Thursday they were understanding and squeezed me into the schedule last minute. When I arrived, reception was friendly and worked quickly to get us checked in and into a room.
Our tech- whose name I can't remember- was very nice to me and was gentle with my scared cat. He was great.
Dr. Nancy made some recommendations and was very honest. Did

I informed this company about my dog Tiki's insulinoma and that he was on prednisone and diabetes she said she had to get blood work in order to see for herself.
Returned a few days later and she gave me Vetsulin (pet insulin) told me to try for a week and come back for a follow up.
1 week later during the follow up they checked his sugar level and it was at 625. When I asked if it was high I was told that the DR can't answer any questions and that she didn't know about any prior history. The weight was wrong and name for my dog! Then I asked if I should stop giving him insulin

I've only been here a couple of times. it wasn't anything particularly special, but, my experiences there with two different cats were both great and inexpensive. most of the bad reviews seem to correspond with canine euthanasia, which is something with which I've got no experience. I like Kindness and would go back if needed.

I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. We took our family dog there to be euthanized because they were the only clinic that would allow us to be with her (our home vet was only doing curbside drop off during the COVID pandemic). I asked three people for a paw print and was charged accordingly at check out. I called one week later to see if the paw print was ready and was told that the staff "forgot" it and the best they could do was issue a refund for the cost of the paw print. They were completely unapologetic about a mistake that deprived us of a memento of our family dog.

This office was a major disappointment, to say the least. The strangest vet's office that I've ever been to. There were several red flags that made me lose confidence.
It would require a lengthy explanation of everything so I'm going to give an abbreviated version.
- I have never been to such a dirty medical office. The examining room floor, base board and lower walls were filthy with a build up of dirt and other pets hair. That was unacceptable.
- The coupons on their website are misleading and the prices and information given over the phone were incorrect.
- It was a check up

I like Dr. Nancy she spent a lot of time talking to me and looking at my dogs torn off dew claw....which was a little swollen......she looked my dog over carefully and commented that my dog was in outstanding condition...with sparkling teeth and bright eyes...not an ounce of fat and very muscular....gave me a prescription for antibiotics in case my dog chewed on the dew claw stump but she said it would probably grow back. I do not need a fancy office. I need a vet who is thorough and knows her/his stuff....I took another of my dogs there. She had never been to a vet before this correctly diagnosed

All of their permits displayed in the lobby are out of date. Red flag!!!! (We didn't notice till we were leaving)
We took our dog here for some xrays. The price was standard unlike some places. But the place itself looked like someone put a vet clinic in a rundown building. There's a ton of clutter and only like three rooms. Not even. Everyone is a tech except the lady who sits in the office as you come in. The accents here are also thick and hard to understand.

2/2/19 ZERO stars if I could mark ZERO. I took my pets to Kindness Animal Clinic by reference of the local Humane Society - Spent a total of 2 hours and 15 minutes there, threw away over $200. I was billed for services not rendered and I am livid. I will be contacting the Humane Society and recommend you look elsewhere. I feel like a fool. NEVER AGAIN. After reading the other reviews here, I wish I had before our visit today.
Update: They at least refunded me for the services not rendered, and did offer the opportunity to bring both pets back in for the test free of charge (of course

Terrible. We brought our dog here a week ago, they did x rays and said it looked like a little gas in our dogs stomach, sent us home with anti vomiting pills and we left. Nancy was in there for maybe 30 seconds. A complete joke. We paid almost 300 dollars and 4 days later our dog needed surgery for pancreatitis and an obstruction. Which was found in an X-ray, same thing they misjudged for "gas". Do not take your pets here.

Don't ever take your beloved animal to this horrible place. They have an old lady who calls herself a vet, but does nothing but sit in her office and let her inexperienced techs do the procedures. She comes in for a minute and then disappears. My cat has not been the same since I took her there. Needs to be reported.

Do not go to this location if you care at all about your animals. Person who answers the phone apparently does not understand answering questions and it is not a concern of Dr. Nancy to have this employee care to put patient on hold and find out answer. This morning Dr. Nancy has hung up on me twice because she is unable to speak to people as human beings.
I was very happy with them at one point but I would never bring any animal here.

I decided to try Kindness Animal Clinic because my other vet was costing me an arm and a leg. I went in to treat my cat, who was over-grooming himself to the point that he was giving himself bald spots (most likely allergy related). When I got in the room, the vet tech was so unconfident about what she was doing, I think she was new. When Dr. Nancy came in to see my cat she probably stayed in the room for a total of 1 minute before "diagnosing" the problem and leaving to go back in her office. This was completely unacceptable in my opinion because I had so many questions regarding my

TERRIBLE! THEY ONLY WANT MONEY AND DONT CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS. We took our pup there for her rabies shot and we had a coupon on our phone and they would only honor printed out coupons. The nurse was insensitive to the fact that my dog was scared and a little annoyed. Then the vet came in, did the shot and left. I'm so upset that I spent my money there. NEVER AGAIN.

Where do I begin on this one? Granted my experience was years ago, before services like Yelp existed, my review is still very relevant.
My calico kitten was brought here after a sparkling referral from a co-worker for declaw surgery (which I am now avidly against) because at the time it was a condition of her being kept in my home. Dr. Nancy asked me if I wanted all four of her feet done, which I thought was odd and I declined. I left Callie there in the morning and my mom went to pick her up that afternoon.
When I got home from work that night, her bandages were bloody and I was told to remove
