I am SHOCK!!! Did an online order and when I came to pick up my food, I saw that they have my whole credit card and exp. date printed on my receipt which was staple on the bag!!!! I reported my card stolen because of this. Please be careful!!!! Fuji you are inviolation of FACTA. Currently placed a claim against your store with my receipt as evidence.

I LOVE this sushi bar! Yes- this is located in rural Minnesota. You would not expect to find good sushi here. BUT these people are making it and it's fantastic! I order for lunch while working in Rosemount, at least once per week. The fish is fresh, clean and all dishes are made to order. They tempura fry for each order so it's not sitting out. Great balance!

My family has been ordering from here throughout the pandemic and we absolutely love it! I'm a vegetarian so I've only had the avocado peanut rolls, sweet potato tempura roll, and edamame. All of these come perfect every single time and perfectly bite-sized. My partner loves the California rolls. We LOVE their lunch special and it is a ton of food for cheap-I can't eat it all. We've gotten Fuji delivered several times and it usually arrives 15 minutes after we order which is SO FAST. Dominos/Jimmy John's don't even come that quickly to us. Keep doing your thing Fuji

I first have to say, I have only ordered delivery so I cannot comment on the actual restaurant, but what I can comment on is the delivery service and quality of the food. My husband and I have probably ordered delivery from here at least 10 times in the past year. We moved down to rosemount about a year ago and were immediately in search of some good sushi and we found Fuji. It is amazing!!! The delivery is always fast and the people who have delivered are always pleasant. I have not tried anything bad from here, it's probably one of my favorite sushi places I've found. My go to rolls

Friend rice was undercooked and parts of it was was burnt. The $5 rolls are what you expect. No real complaints there. The special rolls we got were not good and definitely not worth $12-$13 a piece. The flavor combinations didn't work and they seemed like they just grabbed whatever was on the counter and mushed it into a roll. The rice used with the sushi rolls is flavorless. Anything that has cream cheese in it might as well just be a cream cheese log wrapped in seaweed. Even the wasabi seemed off. Like it wouldn't even mix with the soy sauce. Just blah all around. I only give it 2

Fuji has absolutely the best crispy calamari ~ the calamari is fresh, tender, prepared perfectly, and served with the most wonderful dipping sauce.
All of the varieties of sushi that we've had from Fuji have been superb !! My family and I highly recommend Fuji, where you can watch your sushi being made ~ it's almost an art form ;)

Oh my gosh. I had incredible sushi delivered to my door from Rosemount.
ROSEMOUNT! Just when I thought Rosemount had reached a culinary peak with 'Chipotle', Fuji came along and blew my socks off.
I'm no connoisseur of sushi, but I have had some really bad sushi. This is not that. This is the opposite. I loved this. This is so much better than I expected. Like, when you sit down to watch a movie on Hallmark channel and you're expecting something mediocre to bad, but then a guest appearance by Ed Asner makes you do a standing ovation in your family room.

Very good sushi rolls. The place only has 2 tables, so take out option maybe the best choice here. We had edamame, Fuji roll, Snow White Roll and Mango Tango Roll. All our rolls were in the soybean wrap and tightly rolled. I really liked the Fuji Roll and the Snow White. I did not care for the Mango Tango Roll, it was too sweet for me and I'm not a huge fan of Salmon. My daughter loved that one, thou.
The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
We plan to come back really soon and take it home.

Not great, nor particularly good. I suppose coming from the coast spoiled me, but the flavor lacks as does the portion for the price. The inside is bland, the orders prepared in back, which makes me suspicious. I want to see the product and watch it be prepared to know that I'm not getting two day old fish. I know it's probably frozen anyway but just as most Asian food in the immediate proximity, it's all either terrible or forgettable. Rosemount has some new stuff coming in but the majority of what's here has either skidded down hill or always been crap. People just somehow

This was good for a sushi place in Rosemount. The items were fresh and there was no strong fish smell. I had two rolls. If you like a little more spice, I would ask as they were a little sweet and bland for me. My husband had a combo and really enjoyed all aspects of his meal. Will definitely try again.

Love that they deliver. Good sushi that is fairly priced. I had their sushi/sashimi entree which came with miso soup and a side salad. All of the sushi was fresh, miso soup was just right, and the ginger dressing for the salad was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone in the south suburbs looking for their sushi fix!
