As many reviews have noted, they don't actually make your food unless you're standing there watching them like a hawk. We even walked in and ordered at the counter, paid in cash, and were told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Stupidly, we left to get gas and came back to find...they hadn't even started the order! I watched as someone else walked in, placed their order, sat down, and got their food ahead of us (now 50 minutes after we'd placed the order). The food, when it finally arrived, was good, but the service at this place is complete trash. The dining room is super depressing and not someplace

The food is good, but service is unreliable. I had to wait over an hour for an order I placed on Grubhub for pickup and they blamed the confusion on mot having internet. Unacceptable to not take on blame and try to make it right. They didn’t offer anything to try to keep me as a customer, only a simple empty hearted sorry. I let them know how unsatisfactory their service was after waiting over an hour for it and still can’t bring myself to return to the restaurant. I have never been disappointed in the quality of their food - but their service is something I can’t accept. Beware if you choose

Found this place yesterday and I have to say loved it. Bought the Fusion Sushi and it was fantastic. Also got the Chicken Pad Thai to heat up for lunch today and it was great. They present the food so beautifully and everything is fresh. Will be going back regularly. Summer Rolls were fantastic also.

The food is very good, but the service is horrible. I can see there are multiple reviews complaining about their lack of timely service. DO NOT create an order online! Twice now, we have had to wait and hour or more, after we arrived to the restaurant at the “ready” time. The first instance, they did not begin making the order until we arrived (even though we waited 45 mins before going to the restaurant). The last time, they told us that their wifi was down, and they would “quickly” make out order. We waited an hour while other orders were given out. They did not offer a discount, extra

I was so hopeful for this place, as I'm here for three weeks for work and when I travel I love to eat Asian food, especially Asian fusion types of places. I forget the name of the dish I ordered, but it was basically a chicken stir-fry with noodles. It tasted good, but as I started getting about halfway through I couldn't get over the overwhelming feeling of grease in my mouth. I cook stir fry at home a lot and I know it's challenging to use the right amount of oil to keep things from sticking, but I add it as I go because oil is fattening. So let me tell you about this little gem of a sushi restaurant. I recently moved to Rosemount and Fuji was my go-to the first couple times. Decided to stop into Fusion one day as it was convenient, and the girl up front talked to me while I waited for my order (Lunch special 3 rolls - Salmon Avocado, Trio Roll, Shrimp Tempura). She was really friendly and offered me an appetizer sample while I waited.
I go back the next week, as I usually get sushi as a Friday treat, and she gives me a free Shrimp Tempura appetizer plus a $5 off card. Awesome. I go back again today and get the same lunch special
