We were assisted by Danelle Birong. I am not inclined to give five stars, but Danelle is an extraordinary agent. She is very knowledgeable of the area, seems to know everybody, and most properties for sale or not. But what sets her apart is her amazing attention to detail and organizational ability. She was always several days or weeks ahead in the critical steps that had to be completed to make our purchase successful. She often prompted the lender or attorney to make sure required items had been completed, kept us appraised of everything that was currently happening and what was expected soon
