Super weird. Owner sent me a personal fb message request to try and reach me instead of using the customer profile information we have to create when making the appt. The message included my name and address and was asking if that was me... thank goodness it was or someone on the Internet would have my personal information and address Sent to them. So unprofessional and so bizarre. My email definitely worked as I got the confirmation email from them. Felt very uncomfortable about the whole thing... canceled my appt. Hopefully it was just a one time issue... but others should be aware.

We just moved into a new home and noticed how dirty the inside of our vents were so we scheduled a duct cleaning with PureClean and boy are we glad we did! They showed up exactly on time, were understanding and flexible with my husband’s night shift schedule, and explained their plan of action before digging into the job. They took videos of the dirt they were pulling out which was reassuring and neat to get to see. Worth the price to know that about 30 years of dirt, dust, and buildup is now cleared out and our family can breathe clean air!!

I needed my upholstery and carpet in one room cleaned in a hurry. PureClean was at my house that day and evening stayed a little later to finish the job. My upholstery, which was bought in the 70’s, looks fantastic. I couldn’t get the pet stains out of my carpeting and when he was through, they were completely gone! I’m very impressed with this company and I’m a very, very pleased customer!
