Pros: friendly staff; ease of scheduling; X-rays and dental cleaning good.
Cons: beware of any dental restorations you have done. Be your own advocate as with any health care provider. Dr. Estrada did a restoration and I had to return several times for pain. She then told me I most probably had a fracture in a tooth and needed a root canal. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and was told I only needed an adjustment which the second dentist did and all is well. Tooth pain resolved and no root canal needed. If I hadn't seen a second dentist then I would have paid $$$ of money for

I went to Connor Family Dentistry with a condition that Dr. Connor determined would require a root canal. He referred me to a clinic that specializes in root canals, but the appointment was not for another two days. I was in quite a lot of pain, so I asked if he could give me something for pain management. He told me to take a combination of Tylenol and Ibuprofen, and that was it. He dashed out before I could tell him that I can't take Ibuprofen due to a gastrointestinal condition. So, I went home and took Tylenol. That accomplished precisely two things: Jack, and Squat.

I’m a new patient to this practice. I am so happy I made this change. The front staff is so friendly and welcoming. I was afraid to have any procedures due to Covid but honestly I feel so comfortable at the practice. The office is super clean. Dr.Estrada is amazing and very professional. She knew I was anxious about having work done. But she listened and took my fears into consideration and guided me step by step. Without any hesitation I 100% recommend Dr.Estrada and her practice.

I took my son here to get a filling and we had a great experience. Dr. Estrada was very thorough, professional and very knowledgeable. All the staff to include the receptionist as well as the dental hygienist are very respectful and courteous. I’d been looking for years to find a good family dentists after bad experiences at several locations in El Paso and Connor Family Dentistry in Zaragosa is by far, the best experience we’ve had. Dr. Kussad and all of the staff including the front desk were very attentive to my needs. They showed and explained each X-ray to me in detail. Their machines are state of the art. The techs were great and didn't have to retake the xrays which happens many times because you move. Their facilities and equipment are state of the art. I'm extremely impressed with Dr. Kussad and he has very nice bedside manner as well. He took the time to explain proper teeth hygiene to me. Also, the dental assistant Brenda was very knowledgeable and professional. If you need dental work done, do yourself

My wife and I recently moved back to El Paso after being away for over 30 years. We had to find doctors for our health needs, one of them a being a dentist. Dr. Connor's office was recommended and we took a chance and made appointments. Wow! were we pleasantly surprised. We got really quick appointments although we were new patients. We arrive on the day of our appointments and were quickly registered and taken to exam rooms. We were very impressed at how modern and well equipped the office is. Everything looks state of the art. As a new patient, I arrived early to fill out the customary paperwork. I always thought this was a gimmick used by overbooked drs offices to detract from appearing extremely behind schedule. I was so surprised that Dr Connor actually came out to greet me and told me not to be nervous...and I was taken in to my appointment on time!!!
This place is state of the art- they have the latest and greatest in x-ray equipment and cameras. My films were projected onto a monitor in front and to the right of me, so that I could see what Dr Connor was talking about during my exam.

We LOVE Connor Family Dentistry and Dr. Connor! My 9-yr-old son went as a new patient for his cleaning & check up here on Tuesday & they were fantastic. The hygienist was very gentle & patient & super sweet with him. And I've had quite a few appointments lately for a root canal and a full crown and partial crown :( but it was a stress-free as major dental work could be. Dr. Connor really helps keep me at ease and explains what he's doing step by step before it happens. He also shows you exactly what he's fixing by showing you the xrays. He's very good at asking how I'm doing during the procedure

Dr. Connors family Dentistry is simply amazing! From the assistants to the hygienist all the way to the Dr's. They are friendly and easy to talk to. My hygienist is gentle but firm, she gets the job done. Dr. Connor is a great dr. Easy to talk to and love the fact that he is a huge sports fan.
P.S: The same day crowns are amazing. Needed a couple of crowns replaced. Went for one, the second one the week after. Was out within 2 hrs. No pain whatsoever!

Really impressed with Connor Famliy Dentistry. As a business owner, I recognize when places are run very smoothly. Going to the dentist is NOT one of my favorite things, but my family of four went this week and everything was very well done. Staff, dental hygienists and dentist were quick, kind, did not push for any bells and whistles, and made my two kids very comfortable. We will continue to go here. We have minimal dental insurance but they knew the approximate amount I would owe because they call before you even sit down in the chair. Great job!

Dr. Murray is a great dentist and very personable. I've never had to wait long, and he finishes the appointment quickly and efficiently while still being thorough and polite.
The staff are also very friendly and they worked with me to get me a significant discount since I was paying for multiple fillings up front.

Before I found out about this doctor I was at one of those offices that was for kids, which wasn't bad my kids enjoyed them but Dr.Conner's office has by far the best technology. The fast sign in was my favorite part, I was very impressed. Staff was very nice and we were in and out. Our hygienist Kate was very patient, I took my 10 and 3 year old. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. This office was recommended to us by one of the staff members Marisol who is very professor and helpful. I will definitely be coming back every six months

I have been seeing Dr. Connor for about 4 years now. He has been the best dentist I've ever been to. He has ALWAYS gotten me in same day when I needed it and has ALWAYS treated me with respect and been a real professional. He has brand new equipment and his staff is always warm and welcoming. He can make your crown on site while you wait. Don't believe the other reviews. They do not represent my or my wife's experience with Dr. Connor.

Then I was diagnosed with cancer and had to see a Dentist at MD Anderson Cancer Center prior to neck surgery. I informed that dentist about my referral to a Periodontist and that I hadn't been to see one yet; he could not understand why I was given that referral. In addition he was concerned about the crown Dr. Connor installed (about 9 months earlier) and said it would need to be replaced as it had a void

Went to this dentist after a recommendation from my parents and I can completely understand why this is the only place they will come. First, the check in is fast and all digital so you don't have to spend forever filing out paperwork. The staff is AMAZING!!!! Everyone I spoke to was extremely friendly and made an effort to make me feel comfortable. Lucy was my hygienist and she was great! She Explained everything she was doing, answered all my questions and was very friendly. Dr. Connor took the time to answer my questions and gave me some great advice. I will be returning and recommending

This is the ONLY place I would go to or recommend friends or family to for quality Dental Care. The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The office is absolutely state of the art with all the newest and nicest equipment anywhere. Dr. Connor is AWESOME! He and his staff have always gone above and beyond to make every visit to their office easy flowing, comfortable, and professional. Dr. Connor knows his stuff, and I highly recommend him! I LOVE this dental office. I can't see how anyone can have a negative review. The whole staff was very welcoming from the minute I walked in. As a new patient, the process was all computerized and fast. My son & I were called in on our appointment time. X-rays were taken with care. The dental hygienist was so careful and thoughtful. The dentist himself, Dr. Connor was amazing. Described everything that was shown on my X-rays and what care was needed from there. He didn't push any treatment that wasn't necessary. All around amazing man, dentist and staff! I recommend this dental
