This dental office is a joke!.I made an appointment as a first time patient, the front desk person asked me for alot of information during the phone call in order to verify my insurance. Fast forward to the appointment, I get there and I am waiting almost 40 minutes to be seen and I was the only one in there at the time. I kindly asked the receptionist why I was waiting so long and she stated she had to verify my insurance. I have been through leaps and bounds with these people - communication is awful it took a week for her to respond and communicate with my insurance then she gives me the price we set the appointment and time I confirm it then as we were getting off the call she throws in I need to pay a $50 deposit to hold the appointment- unacceptable!!! They treated my daughter like a step child and she was a new patient at their clinic. She said she has never been treated that way before. No one spoke to her or explained to her the process of their practice and when they noticed little things about her teeth they talked to her like she was a child! My child left feeling uneasy because of this I canceled my appt and I am will make the two hour drive to my normal dentist!

I give the one star to the girls at the front desk & the sweet lady who took my x rays. Wish I could remember her name but they have so many employees there & so many different ones see you in just one visit. This place is ran by complete con-artists & if you're not careful they will get you. Luckily I know to trust my instincts. For starters- I was there for almost 3 hours for an EXAM. It was my first visit there. Was told I needed a deep "under the gum" cleaning & a root canal. The lady who looked at my teeth was very rough & when I left the office- no procedure was done but my gums and teeth

UPDATE: Don't get fooled! Once you get in things change! It's all about the money!! After spending $5000 YES $5000 for a bottom and top plate this is what I received!! The teeth don't meet and they are smaller than my regular teeth were! Oh yeah, and BUCKTOOTH!!! Once all this is corrected, I will NEVER go back to them!! So, DO NOT BE FOOLED!!! I was!!!

I appreciate the doctors, staff and everyone at this office who provided my dental care. It had been many years since I had dental treatment that was more than an extraction. I soon realized I wasn’t as tough as I was years ago when I’d receive dental treatment. Everything I needed done was completed with care and if I was in pain or beginning to feel ill (due to personal chronic disabilities) the drs and/assistants responded promptly. I came in for a cleaning yesterday, and it was the first time I had been to the dentist in three years. I was nervous because my prior dentist wasn't the best and they gave me the fear of dentist. The woman who took me back made conversation with me and asked how I was doing and I responded nervous. She told me everything would be okay and just made me feel comfortable. Seriously the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Dr. King, the dental assistant, and all of the front desk folks were excellent. I’ve had several root canals and this one was absolutely the smoothest. Dr. King told me everything that was going to happen before it did, making me less anxious along the way. Zero pain, very little discomfort. I highly recommend them!
