I am very disappointed with this dentist. I wasted my time on my day off to get work done. There was complications and he could not do the work which I can understand but I cannot get a appointment with the dentist he wanted to send me to and I cannot do it tomorrow due to my boss being off. They would not give me an antibiotic for the infection and I wasted my day to get this done because I can't take off till next Thursday. The nurse was very rude. I wasted my day, my time, and my money and now I am home looking for a Dr.

This is by far the best dentist I have been to. Have a previous bad experience, I cha fed to Jon B. Byrd, DDS and have had a phenomenal experience. I appreciate the car and attentiveness that Mr. Byrd and his staff has got their patients. From the front desk, to the dental assistants, hygienists and dentist- everyone is kind and explains what they are doing to provide the patient with a calm experience. All questions are answered it's great knowledge and care. I appreciate greatly how well the staff works with patients!

What can I say about this dentist. Well only one word describes it Awesome!. I had my first initial visit. Didnt get to actually meet dr byrd yet but that be next visit. All his assistants that i met today did a great job especially krystn shes really good. I have found my new dentist. Thank u guys.

I had my first visit at Dr. Byrd’s on 6/19/2020. I was very impressed with how thorough they are on your first exam. A ton of x-rays and they even took photos inside my mouth. I had never had that done before. I saw Dr. Ford, and was pleased with how he took the time to explain everything, and gave me options on some dental work I needed done. Even though they do braces in house, he referred me out due to the nature of my problem. Proof that they care about the best interest of their patients and not making money. I had another dentist make a suggestion of crowns, but Dr. Ford explained that

My wife and oldest son had great experiences here so we moved our whole family over. Everyone I dealt with at the office from reception to imaging to the hygienist to the doctor were professional, friendly and took time to explain things, chat a bit to get to know us and did an excellent job with our cleanings and my son's wisdom teeth removal. This is a fantastic office and I can't say enough positive things about my visit. I highly recommend them.

I had the best cleaning last week. Kristi did a great job! She was very thorough, but gentle at the same time. Everyone at this office is so friendly and welcoming, especially Dr Byrd. He is so good at what he does. Don't be fooled by his young face...he is the most knowledgeable dentist I've ever met, with major dental skills. I can tell that he loves what he does! I definitely recommend this office for anyone looking for a new dentist. They are 5 star all the way!!!

We were nervous about having our child's (under 5yrs old) two cavities filled. We researched the area to find the best possible dentist and options for our child. A family member told us about Dr. Byrd. We are so glad they did, because we had a great experience today! The entire staff was very helpful and treated us like family. Everyone communicated everything very clearly with us throughout the entire appointment. They didn't use any sedation, no restrictions before or after treatment and I was able to be with my child the entire time (all 3 were a huge deal to us). My child, and myself
