Great location!! The house keeper was above and beyond helpful as far as asking our needs each day and with places to go and things to do. Thanks Melanie!!! She definitely played a big part in making our trip enjoyable! Only complaint was the loud music till 10pm directly under room 15, was a great room, but ohhhh that loud music with the speakers right under the windows! Could see the ocean right from our bed!!!

They need to let the public know that this is a motel, not a hotel and it is not handicap accessible, no hot water and no blankets available for more than 2 people, 2 stars is for the view and the very friendly house keeper. That's it. Do not book with Hotels Tonight either because they are never aware of what's going on with hotel's they represent this the 4th time I used them and their 2nd mistake, never again hotelstonight.com

Don’t let the outside of the building fool you. It looks very dated from the parking lot but the rooms are very nice and clean. This hotel is right on the beach! The sunrise was breathtaking and you can stand on the patio or walk ten feet to the beach. We were very pleased with our room and will definitely be back again.

Had a great time at the LaTerrace. Great location on the boardwalk overlooking an amazing view of the ocean. Staff was responsive and friendly. Rooms were just right. Check in was a breeze. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shops and the beach. Would highly recommend this hotel in Hollywood beach, FL.

Excellent location on the beach. It's a diamond in the rough. Overall, despite the rain, our stay was awesome. You cannot beat the location and the outdoor patio that overlooks the ocean and beach. If you are looking for fancy, this is not the place for you. However, who needs fancy when you are literally right on the beach! As someone else commented, it would be nice to have a broom in the room to help clean up the sand. We never had an issue with supplies or towels knowing that we had to make arrangements before the staff left for the day. I would definitely go back.

My wife and I were very happy with our stay at La Terrace. Loved walking out the door of the hotel room and having the beautiful sight of the beach right in front of us. All the shops and restaurants are right under you. 30 second walk and you're on the beach. View from the terrace was wonderful. The room itself is outdated but we were only in there to sleep so it didn't bother us at all. Highly recommend La Terrace to anyone visiting Hollywood beach.

My mother died 5 days ago. I booked a room with oceanfront according to the promises made in their ad. I needed a space to process my grief. I got a hole with no view, dark, dirty and smelly. I complained about it -and I was not nice. The ugliest person on planet earth I have ever encountered called the police on me and told me that she will not refund me for the reservation. I spoke to the police, three lovely human beings. Of course, I got my refund, my deposit -which she tried to steal from me- and, most importantly, their acknowledgment that what they did was wrong and unfair. God is good,

Great location!! If you need additional help like extra towels there's no one available after 6pm. The AC it's not enough cold. If you want to extend extra time after the check out the rate is $10 per hour. Request beach towels and chairs in advance. It can be a little bit noisy, if you are looking for a peaceful place, that's not the place. The shower has very low water pressure. Nice balcony view. Bring your own blankets.

Do not book if you are wanting a good night's sleep. There's are 2 restaurants on either side of the hotel that blast music all day until 3am every day. There are also 4 rooms that do not have ocean views as advertised. Room 13,14 2 and 3. All rooms are on second floor. Very dated as stated before. Unusually strict about their towels. Only good part was king bed and good ac unit in room 14.
