A daily resort fee of $39 plus tax will be added to your room account. Here are the drawbacks (very minor)
The rooms are fantastic and large we got an upgrade without even knowing it. However (again minor) the walls are paper thin.
The pool is cold. But refreshing. Still chilly.
Food although expensive is very good! The resort is nice and all the employees are kind caring soles.
The concierge is incredibly knowledgable and the waitress is very kind by the pool.
Will be coming back!

The Margaritaville hotel is not just a place to stay. It is a destination. While more expensive than its neighboring hotels, the staff is absolutely fabulous, caring and very attentive to its customers. For those with mobility challenges, they were very attentive and helpful. Guests are provided pool towels beach chairs beach umbrellas and complimentary bicycles daily. Rooms have coffee makers and chillers but no microwave. Also rooms have plenty of towels washcloths and bathroom amenities. Service at the pool areas was fabulous. Motorized scooters fit in the elevators and access to all restaurants

This is our second time staying at this resort, we love everything about it, the pools, access to the beach, the bars, the very helpful staff, the broad walk...the ONLY negative is...man were we HOSED for the New Years Eve buffet. $110 for adults and $60 for kids...this did NOT even include a bar drink. We were not told the price until we were being seated...the whole thing seemed disorganized...and in all honesty the buffet was not even CLOSE to being worth $110 bucks! We went with it because we had not made any other plans...and everything else was packed. We weren't the only ones...lots of people

Thank you Margaritaville for ruining our New Year’s Eve. We tried to find out in November what was going on and you did not know so we made a reservation for the restaurant for us and 4 friends which you said we could have from 8 o’clock on. The day before you called us to tell us we could only have it from 8 to 10 PM and we said fine. We show up at the restaurant only to find that you’re charging every person $110 for a buffet meal. Would’ve been nice to know ahead of time. We left and now we are stranded

Worst resort ever! Trashy! Pools close at 5.30 pm, in a resort where people want to enjoy the hot tub and pool. No kids activities half of the week so if these are the days you are there, no activities, but you pay the resort fees in full. Room dusty and bathroom dirty and outdated. Wait time for pretzels and salad 1 h by the pool. On the beach , they took our umbrella at 4.00 pm and asked us for the beach chairs at 4.47pm. Again, they ask for resort fees. People save a year to afford a resort but this is such a disappointment. We travel all over the world, and this was the worse place
