I would not even give this 1 star if I had to choose. We have been going here for over 3 years, great prices always allowed us to buy our own parts and bring them in. We took one of our vehicles in last week to replace a front end part and alignment. We picked it up they said everything was great that they didn’t find anything else. It pulled to the right all the way home then after looking under it, the CV joint boot had a hole and was flinging grease everywhere. It was Saturday of course, called and left a message called back Monday. They said oh that was like that, we asked why didn’t you

They are a great shop and do splendid work, but their downside is that they tend to forget what you request for them to do to your vehicle when conversing over the phone. My latest experience was when I requested them to change my brake pads and rotors, as well as change my oil, they either didn't replace the oil life sticker or completely didn't change the oil. Not upset just slightly let down as I have liked their services for a very long time.
