The folks at L&T Auto are friendly, caring, professional and most importantly, all around good people. We have used this shop a few times with other vehicles and most recently our Caravan. We needed quite a bit done in repairs, just normal wear and tear mostly from high miles, and these guys were on top of it, friendly, efficient, and fast to get the repairs done and our van back on the road. This may be a long story. It started a few years ago with my truck having a noise when I pushed on the gas. They came back and said that it was my timing chain (funny that my truck didn't run bad AT ALL) and that my fuel pump was going bad. After a long time of them having my truck they said it was done and I went to get it. The check engine light… was on and the mechanic came out to hook it up and said " Oh by the way the chain slipping noise is still there." OK SO WHY DID YOU CHANGE MY TIMING?? I took it home and it didn't start a few hours later. I took it back he told me to buy a new

How does a shop hold a vehicle for MONTHS and not get the work done? Seriously do not call this place if you need your vehicle to go places. Thankfully- my uncle had a secondary vehicle and was able to use his son’s vehicle as well. Your guys’ service is terrible. You should not be holding on to a vehicle that long especially when money was paid 100% UPFRONT.

My husband's car sat here for 3 months while we were told on a weekly basis that it would be done "this week" for the last 6 weeks. They said the engine needed replaced and that was done efficiently months ago. In changing the engine, the transmission "fell apart" and that needed changed. Because of the initial acceptable service, we told them to go ahead with the new transmission as well. After a month, they put in a transmission that didn't work. After another month, they got a new one and it was going to be done "that week" again and then it wasn't. The following week, it took an extra day because

I love Tim and all of the guys at L and T Auto. As a single mom these guys have offered me grace and patience more time than I can count. When I call them they work to get me in right away and always treat me with such kindness and respect. They have now made a few repairs for me and have checked my car over twice when I had concerns. Tim went out of his way to find me a door to repair a cosmetic issue at a reasonable price. They are always honest about what I need an don't need. Tim worked with us very professionally and went through hell and back trying to deal with the warranty company that didn't want to work with him or us for five months. Wasn’t going to write a review but I feel as if i should. I went here for a lot of stuff for my car and at first I thought they were nice and doing their best, Turns out I was completely wrong. They have sat there and lied to me multiple times about what was wrong with my car. Paid them 900 to replace my rack and pinion and come to find out when i… bring my car to another shop, The rack and pinion was put on horrible. They damaged it when they put it on. Before this I even asked them if they took it for a test drive when I got it back, They obviously did not when i drove away my turns

This shop has fantastic customer service! We had a teenager's car breakdown far from home and L&T quickly diagnosed the issue and put in a great effort to locate out-of-inventory parts for an old car. They are diligent, honest and forthright and have even allowed the car to sit for an extended period of time since this all happened while we (parents) were out of town on vacation and unable to move quickly. Highly recommend!! We haven't seen service like this at any other auto repair business, you can be confident you will receive fair and accurate service needs.

Get rid of Tim he is very rude and sexist towards women. I had taken my car there FIVE TIMES and the issue was not fixed. They refused to give me a full refund. Now I have to go spend more money to get it fixed. Now they are telling me to take down my bad review because that was the deal if I got a practical refund.... yeahhhh not how things work

Been trying for 3 months to get my motor problem fixed from a Jeep I bought from them.. Been in and out of their shop different times. Say they will get a specialist to look at it still hasn't happen and my car been there almost 2 weeks.
