Our preschoolers look forward to working on their practical life sections during their daily play. Everyday tasks that we take for granted as adults require a significant amount of concentration to complete from start to finish for our 3-year olds.

Focusing on Kindergarten readiness, much of our academic time focuses on building pre-writing and pre-reading skills. Premier Pathways, our award-winning curriculum developed by the owners of Premier Learning Academy, is a proven phonics-based program that helps guide your young learner through the early stages of phonetic awareness which then results in enriched reading of sight words and word families for the advanced learner.
We take pride in being the only before and after school program that offers one on one tutoring for daily school homework. Our before and after school teachers are trained at practicing Dibels, supervising math minutes and answering various mathematic problem solving questions. In addition, we also time every student's assigned nightly reading work.

Our son graduated from PLA and started kindergarten recently. He performed well above benchmarks on his DIBELS assessment for reading readiness and his bus driver complimented us that he's reading signs at school.
That's just the amazing academic side of PLA. Socially our son just flourished there. They met him exactly where he was and helped him grow immensely. He also never felt like he was in school or learning all that he did there. He thought it was so fun. He never complained about going but sometimes complained if we picked him up too early!

My son's been at PLA since he turned 2....we are soooo sad to leave it to go to kinder!! It has been such a pleasure and a privilege to be part of the PLA family and we are eternally grateful for all the amazing knowledge they've instilled in our little one-- he has learned more than we could have ever hoped for. The ladies at PLA truly love your kids, and are cognizant of their needs and adapt to your child's needs and level, placing them with the appropriate teacher most compatible to their personality and skills. We absolutely love PLA. This was our sons 3rd preschool (we moved a couple times lol) and by far the best out of his other 2 (Sunrise and The Learning Experience) The teachers are amazing. The staff is amazing. Our son learned so much. He made so many friends. Today was graduation and after reflecting on such a pleasant experience the last year I knew I had to write a review. PLA was a life saver. We relocated from Nashville TN and left a fantastic childcare facility. When we first moved we attended another facility and it was horrendous. Our once happy child was crying and every drop off was traumatic. Enter PLA. They were recommended by a colleague who had sent his 3 children there over the years.... WOW... We did a tour with Linny. Our daughter loved her trial day on the Friday so much we had her starting there on the Monday. Stacey got us enrolled and set up and helped us every step of the way as we transitioned. Our daughter was three and we have never looked back

Our son attended a discovery day on 2/26/21. He did well for the audition. However, the school determined "they could not keep him safe" because he left the classroom three different times. They held a meeting on 3/15/21 without including me or my husband. Then called me at 230 in the afternoon to inform me that today would be his last day at the facility.
I contacted the birth to five hotline for assistance with locating another daycare facility. They informed me there are supports available to child care facilities (SMART support, Quality First Coach) to prevent disruption. Child

These are the most wonderful people I have ever known. They helped my spouse and I raise our twin girls from 1 yrs old to 5 yrs old and every single day I knew they were learning wonderful new things, they were safe and above all else they were loved by those whom cared for them everyday. I have been a teacher at Premier Learning Academy for 8 months. In that time I have felt like part of a family from the time I walked in for my interview till now. The staff are very welcoming, and helpful. The director, supervisors, and owners are all easy to talk to about anything and receptive when you have questions or concerns. The families are some of the best families I have had the pleasure to work with. It is a great place to work for and I look forward to many more years at this school.

Working for Premier Learning Academy for the last 3 years have been wonderful. The owners and directors became my friends and family as well the teachers. Absolutely incredible! The owners and teachers truly care about the kiddos/students and their families. Our daughter has been going here for the past couple years and they continue to surprise me with their imagination and compassion. They go above and beyond on all fronts! Our 2.5 yr old loves to go to PLA. We find the teachers always happy and have genuine interaction with the kids. We have daily interaction with Ms Tasha and Ms Tori, and they are just so wonderful. Ms Amanda at the front desk and all the staff are just wonderful.

Premier Learning Academy is such a fantastic preschool. Not only are the teachers, owners, and directors amazing, but the parents and kiddos that attend PLA are some of the best people I've ever gotten to know. Not only is the atmosphere friendly and upbeat, but everyone gets along as a big family. I have been working as a teacher at PLA for almost a year now, and I have never felt more welcome or at home in a work environment. My daughter tried the discovery day here. When I came to pick her up, I saw my daughter crying with a runny nose while the teachers were staring at their phones. After the discovery day the staff informed me because they will reconstruct the school, there are no more spots available. The attitude from the administrative staff is both rude, condescending and unprofessional. I feel very lucky that I didn't choose this school for my daughter.

My husband and I recently moved to south Chandler and were very hesitant in switching our daughters daycare. We had a poor experience about a year earlier at a different school and didn't want a repeat. We did a tour followed by a discovery day and we knew then it would probably be a good fit. We started her about a month later and have never looked back. The Director, Stacy, is very warm and inviting and the teachers are fantastic. Ms. Tori is amazing, and since day one my 2 year old describes Ms. Tori and Ms. Bree as "kind and fun" when she gets home. She's learning new information

Our son goes to PLA and I can't wait to send our newborn there when she's old enough. I toured over ten schools before choosing PLA and it has not disappointed. Our son has really thrived in the environment. My only regret is they no longer have the infant and 1's room so I'll have wait another 16 before I can send our daughter!

I can't say enough good things about PLA. My son went through 3 other daycares before joining PLA. The positive impacts PLA has on him are immediate and very visible. He learns so much and loves going to school every day. He even complained when he didn't have homework :) (hope that continues).
My only regret was not finding PLA sooner. My son will start kindergarten in a couple of months and I have no concerns now about his readiness because of PLA.

I love this daycare. I am a mother of twin 2 year olds who are so excited about going to PLA, so much so that they can be found running to the front door in the morning. Its bright, friendly and they have such an amazing staff of loving teachers who educate and nurture our girls everyday. I am so greatful to have found this place. We toured/interviewed around a dozen of the top rated daycares in the east valley before finding PLA. It was love at first visit. I am saddened by the 1 star review on here simply because someone was put on a waitlist. This place is so wonderful that unfortunately there

I toured 10 pre-schools when we moved to Chandler last year. I loved the pre-school my girls attended in Los Angeles and didn't want to settle for anything less here. I knew immediately when I walked into PLA that is was the right fit for my daughters as well as my husband and me.

This preschool and pre-k is wonderful! The staff is caring, and well educated! I looked at 7+ schools before choosing this one because of the staff, the curriculum and the overall environment for both my children. My kids know all the teachers and all the teachers know them because of the family environment they have created. The lunch included is helpful and the field trips in the summer for older kids are great perks too! So glad I found a place my kids feel safe and at home while I am away and work....and they are learning so much!!! Thank you PLA staff for all you do, your efforts show

We are extremely pleased with PLA. Our child started there at one, will soon be transitioning into the 3-year-old age group, and is excelling in speech, numbers and letters comprehension, fine and gross motor skills, etc. The leadership team and the head teachers in each classroom are always accessible and completely approachable. Since our first days at PLA, we have felt as though our child is known by every staff member on property and we feel safe and secure leaving our kiddo in their care each day. I absolutely LOVE this preschool. Our kids went here for almost 2 years and we loved every minute of it. Even when the kids were younger they had a lot of academic structure. Elana is so nice and so passionate about hiring good teachers. We never had any billing issues or issues with teachers. The facility is SO FUN! They have it very open and tons of activities for the kids. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

I found PLA when I first moved to the East Valley and didn't know much about the neighborhood. At that time I was not yet working but needed somewhere with a drop in option that could convert to full time.
