If you have any other choice do not I repeat do not work with Beck Construction. They worked with Sandy City to put a sidewalk in front of a few houses in my neighborhood. While we were out of town they used our hose without permission and pulled on it too hard which caused a leak in my basement.
They cause $7k worth of damage so far and they are denying they ever used my hose. Initially they tell me that I need to have my insurance work with Jordan Valley Water. Long story short I got the 2 step and they tell me it is my responsibility to pay for the flooding they caused.

Horrible place to work for. The owner is short tempered and will scream at you all day for no reason. There is no communication and they are filled with empty promises just to keep you there but do not fall for it. They will screw you over and will fire you for no reason and with no notice. It has happened on many occasions. Would not recommend

If you are thinking about working here run run far away it is the worse place to work for the owner is the rudest person he belittles gis employes he is hot tampered he will get on a piece of equipment because he dont feel anyone is doing it right or fast. Enougg so he starts tears services out and then gets mad a blames it on anyone or everyone else.They will mess with your time card and take hours away from you since the beginning of tgis year this small company has gone through 46 employees gis trucks are falling about and will not pass a dot inspection he is not D.O.T compliant and his company
