Working with Alpine Homes and Michael Fausett was great! My fiancé and I purchased our dream home and we couldn't be happier. Michael was always there to answer our questions and Alpine certainly knows how to build beautiful, quality homes. This is the third new build home we have bought and by far the best experience. Alpine homes built a high quality home with very modern upgraded features. Alpine's Agents Aneleise and Kerrie were so amazing to work with, they felt like our personal agents. I have and will continue to recommend them and Alpine homes to friends and family. Earlier this year I tried buying a home with Alpine Homes. Unfortunately I was an able to qualify for the purchase of the home I wanted. Alpine Homes had me signed documents and even took $11,500 from me. The real estate agent I was working with literally left me high and dry so I was on my own. Once I didn’t qualify for the loan I went and requested the $11,500 back and they said the money I put down is NON REFUNDABLE. Now a few months went by and the Military asked me to move outside the state of Utah to another duty station, so I went to Alpine Homes again to request the money back or some

We were so pleased with the home Alpine built. Floor plan, design features, location, everything was spot on. Quality construction through and through.
Kerrie and Aneleise were wonderful to work with. They kept us in the loop throughout the build process, and really went the extra mile to get us in our home as quick as possible. We can’t thank them enough for all their hard work on our behalf.
In a market that is so competitive, with many people having terrible buying and building experiences; it was refreshing to have a builder deliver a quality home without any of the drama others are experiencing

Alpine homes offered us contracts to purchase 2 homes in West Jordan, UT. Both contracts were at a price of their choosing, and both times they pulled out because they wanted to pursue higher offers. Why did they have us sign their contracts if they were not willing to sell at that price? The second time our agent went out of the way to clarify they were going to sell to us under the terms before the contract was offered. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Don't waste your time or money! Alpine might look great from the outside, but once you get inside, prepare to be ripped off, and disappointed. We've been in our home since the end of June, and it's been one thing after another. To pay nearly a half a million dollars for a brand new home and have it look the way it does is disgusting. This has to be the worst paint job I've ever seen in my life. My toddler could've done a better job. The caulking, or lack of is a huge issue. My whole house has to be repainted and caulked. Banisters, tubs, mantels, shelving

BUYER BEWARE pay attention to the other reviews, go on google and the better business bureau. Those complaints are REAL. I read them all before we moved forward with Alpine homes and thought oh maybe it was just one of "those people" and a freak situation... well now Im on the receiving end. Here's the gist of it all. If their subcontractors screw up, if they frame your house wrong, if they don't finish something, or say they will do/fix something... NOTHING WILL EVER ACTUALLY BE DONE ABOUT IT. Andrew their warranty administrator will do or say anything to make you feel happy

With the many options home buyers have, do NOT buy a home built by Alpine Homes. They have exceptionally POOR communication, they dodge answers, DO NOT RESPOND to concerns and have generally shoddy workmanship. We purchased our Alpine Home on Heron Hills/Saratoga Springs. We love our location and our neighbors but we have NOT had a good home buying experience--particularly in regards to warranty issues. We moved on at the end of January 2018. Rob Ninow was terrible to work with in Herriman. Hidden policies and miscommunication between he and his sister made trying to purchase a house from them hell. I guess it's a sister/brother deal.) When I was frustrated he said that it doesn't matter because he "won't have a problem selling the home." He also gave my number and email to potential lenders and warranty salesmen.

What a great experience we had with Alpine Homes. We had just been released from a contract with another builder who totally screwed up our home so we were feeling a little scarred from that experience when we came across a spec home by Alpine Homes. My previous experience with spec homes is that the finishes are typically builder grade and low cost. Alpine goes above and beyond and includes high end finishes that are modern and beautiful. They are definitely aiming to please their customer. Their employees are exceptional at their job! Rob was very helpful, on top of things and willing to answer

I bought a Alpine Home at Independence Village in Bluffdale. My wife and I are both more than pleased with our purchase! The Alpine Homes team is awesome and they are very easy to work with. I don't understand some of these reviews with their customer service... My experience was great whenever I had a question or concern.
One thing people have to understand is that when a new home is built - no home builder is perfect. There are going to be touch ups or fixes. Alpine Homes did a great job building our home and handling our concerns. I would recommend them to others 100%

My husband and I recently bought a home in the Willis Crossing area, in Lehi (late October). We could not be more disappointed with Alpine Homes and highly suggest purchasing a home with a different builder. Not only has our doorbell never worked, we've been unable to keep our screen door on the rails and our water heater doesn't stay on for more than a few days. Our paint looks as if it were done by children, drips, graininess, patchy and altogether missing paint throughout the house. Update on the Alpine Home warranty fiasco, as of 1/4/17.
The vice-president, S. Ross Mitchell, came to visit us. He seemed to be sympathetic to our plight, but we knew he wasn't going to do anything about it when he wanted to point out all the LITTLE deficiencies (that we didn't submit) that they could fix vs the big issues. "See, we'll fix 10 tiny scratches, don't mind the gaping hole in the middle of your home."
He sent us a card with a nice message, an Alpine water bottle, and a $25 gift card to Olive Garden. Nice touch, but we'd prefer results, please
