A negligent act has hurt you or a loved one. Now what? Who will pay the medical bills? You can't work. How will you be able to take care of your other financial obligations? The insurance company is calling. You are in pain and taking the medications prescribed at the emergency room. Should you talk to the insurance adjuster who is leaving messages and let him or her take a recorded statement?
How do you evaluate your injuries and damages? What type of information will influence the insurance company to make a fair offer? Will they take you seriously without an attorney? If you hire an attorney, how will you recover enough after the attorney's fees to feel like the hassle and frustration were worth it?

Without the law, ordinary people who are injured in accidents would have to bear the burden of another's negligence. Using an experienced lawyer can help prevent you from suffering a monetary accident by holding the insurance companies and big businesses accountable and combatting their tactics to otherwise prevent your full and fair recovery.
Below each of the above areas we share with you some of the publicly available statistics for these types of injuries. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention cites statistics from a survey of Emergency Departments in 2017 to provide an idea of the type of personal injuries that occur most often.
I cannot express enough about how wonderful of a person and lawyer Jonathan Armiger is. We searched and searched for a lawyer to take a case concerning my mother in law. No one had believed the case was worth taking on. When we found Jonathan Armiger, he listened to us and was a very compassionate person.
After the initial shock of suffering an injury or learning of a loved one's death, questions often arise regarding whether any one may be responsible, or at fault, for the accident and resulting injuries or death and what recourse is available to those who have suffered harm. Our clients want answers about what happened, accountability for what happened, and they want to ensure what happened does not happen to anyone else.

Mr. Barsumian handled my case personably and professionally. His knowledge and respect for the law allowed me to focus on my recovery rather than dealing with the insurance company. Most importantly he took the time to eloquently communicate my experience to the insurance companies involved in my case.

Todd took my case when I thought no one would. This was not going to be an easy case to win but he willingly put his time, knowledge, and money on the line because his heart wouldn’t let him walk away. He had to learn a whole new industry and spent many hours on the phone calling anyone who could teach him my trade. He never mislead me and his honesty, although sometimes hard to hear, never faultered.
It took apx 18 months (I expected it to take longer) but he got me a fair settlement and never forgot to call me back or keep me informed. I would recommend him to anyone who wants an intelligent

I've known Todd since childhood. He is one of the smartest and kindest people I know. I know him to be a highly skilled trial attorney. He is a determined, ethical and effective advocate for his clients. He has a passion for what he does and it shows in his work product and his results. Despite his great skill and success, Todd remains empathetic and humble. You will not find a better attorney, person or friend.

Todd Barsumian recently represented my late father's estate wrongful death case against an insurance company. Todd performed very well arguing the law and staying focused on the facts.
Todd helped us secure a legal award with his knowledge of Indiana law and skillful writ.
I recommend Todd Barsumian, Esq. and will call upon Todd to represent me again.
