LMT is very accommodating and does a good job of “reading” your comfort/ tolerance level when working on tight adhesion spots. Building doesn’t have great signage to find the office, but it’s in the basement.

I have serious issues with managing stress which more often than not manifests into knots in my neck, back, and shoulders. And over time the tightness and pain from these knots become unbearable. Laura listened to my issues and created a custom massage to help alleviate my symptoms. I was amazed at how loose I felt afterwards. Laura was awesome! She listened to my concerns and made sure to address them. She also gave some extra time because she wanted to make sure that she got the knots out of my leg. When it was over, she gave me some suggestions for exercises to work on to help with the maintenance.

This is the first time I've experienced complete relief in one session. She has amazing skills and the technique is fantastic. I've had pain for months, which I've been receiving massage, acupuncture, stem, graston and everything under the sun. She worked on the cause of the symptoms instead of where the actual pain is (worked on arms/under armpit, neck) and spent minimal time on actual back/neck. The pain was gone almost instantly after the massage. I'm amazed and completely sold on her.
