Gayle at First Choice Settlements was fantastic! She had everything for my TWO closings done in record time and with no errors or issues. She was constantly on top of things with my bank and made sure that nothing got missed. Definitely would use this company again!

I read all the reviews and I do not understand why my experience is so different. Other than taking a very long time to return my phone calls and emails I had no problems. Initially everything seem to go smooth without problems, but when I recieved my initial deed my wifes name was spelled wrong and the address was not correct. This was May 26th??? The reponse from Gayle was everything will be corrected and mailed to me within a week. It is almost 2 months later and she will not even respond to email or call by phone. Just to note she did recieve full payment for her service prior to completion
