Before being deployed to the field each employee goes through 40 hours of rigorous training and will be accompanied by a team leader/manager for the first two months of employment.

We have been using McCleaned for about a year now and we've been incredibly pleased with this service! Julian is super responsive and makes sure everything is done properly by the crew. The crew is professional, trustworthy, and does a great job! Our home always sparkles when they leave. Reasonably priced and even does some extras like changing the bedding and washing any minor leftover dishes that may be left behind. Would absolutely recommend!

McCleaned has truly been a life saver! We could not have asked for a better cleaning service to come in every month. We have used them for about two years in our apartment. Everything is sparkling clean when they are done and schedule and communication is seamless. They just finished a move-out clean for us and again, perfect! I requested a deep cleaning as I am showing the house for potential tenants. When the cleaning crew came the first time, they only vacuumed the floors and barely dusted; there was dust and cobwebs everywhere. No mopping at all. I contacted Julian to let him know that not only a deep cleaning was not done, but a regular cleaning was not done.

Well they never showed up. I had them scheduled for 12 noon. I called them at 12:15 and was told they are delayed but that I would receive a call back shortly to tell me when they would arrive. I never hear back, I called again at 1 pm and was told the same thing but again nobody called back. At 2:15 pm i called to let them know that I was cancelling. The guy told me they were on their way. yeah right. This company cannot be depended on.

We have been using McCleaned for three years, over two houses, and with the addition of one baby into our family. And we could not be happier. Julian, the owner, is incredibly accommodating--there have been times when I've emailed him the night before I desperately needed a cleaning, and he's found a way to fit me into his teams' schedules. We've been very happy with McCleaned. Our previous housekeeper, while nice, was terribly unreliable. We know that Diego's crew will be here each week, on time and if there is ever an issue with the schedule, we get plenty of notice. We have a toddler, two cats, and a dog and they somehow are able to make our house spotless every week.

I hired them for a deep cleaning and then planned to use them monthly. My house isn't that large, and a normal cleaning takes two people an hour. I thought the price for the deep cleaning ($190) was fair; maybe a bit low, but the price for the monthly cleaning ($140) was quite high. As you look around, you'll find that other companies charge $80 and $100/hour for three cleaning staff. I agreed to Julian's price only because he hadn't seen my house and said if the price proved too high we could re-negotiate.

Diego and Julie are awesome. My husband and I were moving out of state and between the movers and getting on the road, we didn't have time to do a move out clean on our apartment.
