If there was a 0 star I would use it. SCAM!!! I bought a window cleaning from these people, and after many times trying to book an appointment I finally got through to book one. No confirmation call was received so when the didn't show up at the time I booked the appointment, I called and it went straight to voicemail. Leaving a few messages and taping a note to my door( in case I missed them), there was no call nor did they show up. I called the main office again the next day to find they disconnected their phone. DO NOT PURCHASE SERVICE THROUGH THESE PEOPLE!!!! SCAM! Luckily, I purchased

AVOID _ AVOID _ AVOID First indication of problems should have been - voicemail that comes on just says "administration office" -- no company name. I had trouble getting through to schedule an appointment and once I finally got through to someone (no one ever returned my messages) I was told the next appointment was July 2 ( 2 months away).. I tried to call and confirm the appointment for days before - no answer and no return call. I should have known - but really wanted my windows cleaned, of course they did not show. Waste of my time off work,

Do not use this company. I purchased a Living Social deal for window cleaning back on May 6th. The first available appointment they had was for yesterday July 1st. I hadn't heard anything from them since making the appointment, so thought I should try to confirm with them that they were still coming. I called several times yesterday and also left two different voice mails, no answer. They have an automated answering service and it sends you to voice mail. I went ahead and left work early to meet them, just in case they still showed up, but they didn't. I have contacted Living Social

This can not be a real company. To even get into contact with them you must call at least 15 times. They schedule an appointment for 3 months later--they don't confirm--and of course they don't answer email/call when you try to confirm---and lastly they don't show up. Don't use these guys for anything.

Negative 1. I purchased window cleaning services through LivingSocial for our house. I was so excited for the voucher, called right away and got an appointment. THey were booked out for about a month, but that was okay.
Appointment was Monday, June 8th, noon. I waited all day, and they never showed. I called the next day and was told they had called me to reschedule the appointment to June 16th (today). They had the wrong phone # and address, so I corrected that with them and re-set the schedule for June 16th.
Today, I made sure I was home by 11:40 for a noon appointment. No one showed
