Glow Dental Studio

Today was my new patient appointment and I was impressed with their promptness. They have cutting edge technology and they were thorough with my cleaning from start to finish. A very family friendly atmosphere. They were friendly from the phone call to schedule the appointment to making my next appointment. Very happy I chose this office for my dental health!

If you're a new patient, be prepared to come back at least 3 times for new patient exam + cleaning + whatever problems are uncovered during the exam. Dr. Oliver and staff seem like a nice group of people but scheduling is a complete nightmare. I called about 2 months ago to schedule a cleaning before vacation as a new patient. I got something scheduled for the following week before I got another call from a different person saying that I had been scheduled for a cleaning and then a new patient checkup which was the wrong order (apparently an intern did it?), so we had to reschedule. I said

I rarely leave poor reviews for businesses but this experience was too awful not to share.
First, I’d like to mention that the front office lady and dental assistant were both very friendly. Administratively and professionally, however, I had an awful experience. The office sent me an email asking for new patient insurance information. I filled it out yet they called several times for the same information. They called me during work, so I was unable to answer. I came in early so I could answer their questions. At this point, they also gave me an extremely outdated, redundant new patient packet

It’s an all smiles kind of experience at Glow Dental Studio! From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted by Lisa, the amazing front desk assistant who is so friendly and helpful. Margarita is awesome and was so gentle and friendly while completing my teeth cleaning. She made me feel so comfortable especially since I’m typically scared of going to the dentist Dr. Oliver is such an expert in her field. She gives very honest and helpful feedback on your dental plan of action. Overall I’m super impressed with the customer service, knowledge, and entire experience at Glow Dental Studio

I've been going to Dr Oliver since before Glow Dental, and I couldn't be happier. She cares about the color & shape of my teeth, I trust her artistic style when it comes to teeth. For the first time ever, I had to contact her on a weekend for some emergency pain & infection, and she made sure I got what I needed to hold me over until I can get in to have her work on it. I have since moved away from the Orlando area & I still drive over an hour for this office's services.

I take great pride in my teeth and my smile and was so glad to have found Glow Dental Studio in Lake Mary. The team there is absolutely wonderful. I found them to be very thorough and gentle. Dr. Oliver is incredibly knowledgeable and has greatly enhanced my smile. I like the peaceful and clean environment and love that they use modern technology. I cannot say enough great things about them.

Dr Oliver has refused to abide by the insurance contract that she signed with Delta Dental and has kept over $1000 of the money owed to us for over a year now. Dr Oliver made our college daughter feel uncomfortable as she verbally demanded we pay more in the bill after insurance said she owed us money back. We have never had trouble like this… with any Dentist and we have had Delta Dental for 20+ years. She has been unprofessional and shows an inability to deal with the necessary parts of running her business. It’s unfortunate and our family has left her practice because of it.

From the time you walk in the door, smell the calming aroma, greeted with your name and big ole Smile 🙂any anxiety you have about the dentist just disappears! The Doctors, Technicians and Staff are all passionate about their jobs and it shows. The health of my teeth is very important to me, and Dr Oliver understood that without having to ask. Everything done was explained in great detail before, even if I didn't fully understand the jargen, this put me at ease. Be prepared to hear "sorry to keep you waiting" over and over. While Dr. Oliver and her staff are perfectly capable, I found myself waiting numerous times in the chair while she bounced around to other patients or spoke to reps who stopped into the office, which made a simple visit unnecessarily long. It took 2 hours, yes 2 hours to do a simple cleaning and checkup, which wasn't even very thorough. I'm not sure if they're not booking patients efficiently or trying to maximize the billing, but I'll never go back.

The absolute best dental team! Dr. Oliver, Ashley and Lisa make you feel like family when they're treating you. They keep your best interest in mind at all times, provide estimates of services before treatment and discuss any questions you have in a thorough manner. I've had cleanings, fillings, teeth filing, and now doing Invisalign. They're perfectionists, so you know you're getting the best. I highly recommend Glow Dental Studio!

Ugh, who really likes going to the dentist? I mean seriously, who looks forward to going? Not I, but it's necessary.

Dr. Oliver and her staff are an amazing group of people. Very gentle, and detail-oriented. I am no longer scared (yes, I am a chicken) to have my teeth cleaned, or a filling done. As a Yelper, I dont really know what to say about a dentist but just know that this office is highly skilled and you will not be disappointed.

My kids love going to the dentist. I even got my husband to go to the dentist. That is some serious magic. I am so grateful that a friend recommended Dr Oliver at Glow.

One kid needed a filling, we arrived with headphones for my phone for her, but Dr. Oliver had wireless headphones set to a kid movie on the TV in the office. She talked my kid through every move she was making and took all fears out of the visit. Then they gave the kids toys from a treasure chest.

This is a great dentist for families with kids!

Dr. Oliver and her staff are an amazing group who helped me achieve my dream smile! I had to get two veneers redone due to color issues and I could not be happier. Dr. Oliver ensures that your smile is exactly the way you want it and that you are able to walk around as confident as ever. I truly appreciate all the work they put in. Also amazing customer service throughout the whole office!

Kudos to Dr. Oliver and her amazing staff at Glow Dental Studio. From the very first conversation on the phone, with Lisa, when I called for information, I knew this practice was special. She is always so pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Not only is Glow conveniently located close to home for me, but the office is beautifully maintained and clean! Dr. Oliver and the entire staff at Glow Dental Studio are truly an incredible team! They are always so kind and friendly from the time you walk in to the time you leave. They are all very professional but always make you feel as comfortable as possible, which isn’t always an easy task when at the dentist’s office! They always take the time to answer any questions or concerns I may have, and make sure my experience is always as pain free as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Oliver. She epitomizes what a great dentist should be. I am very apprehensive about dental work, but her professionalism and expertise, combined with her calming voice and patient persona, made my experience as good as it gets. If you are looking for a great dentist your search is over. She's the best!!!

I cannot say enough positive about Glow Dental. We recently moved to the area, and dreaded looking for new dentists (and doctors etc). But I must say I'm extremely excited after 2 visits to glow with our new dentist and team.
It is so rare to find a dentist's office that hits every mark and beyond. They responded quickly to my online request for an appointment, since then I've been blown away by the pleasantness, thoroughness and professionalism from every person, the front desk, dental assistant, hygienist and of course the dentist. Dr Oliver cares about how you feel about how you look! She wants you to love your smile, not just tolerate it. She’s redone 1/2 my mouth & I couldn’t be more grateful. She can do crowns without root canals (I had a prior dentist try & cut my nerve), but when she did need to do a root canal on me, it was complication free and more comfortable than my other experiences (I’ve had a few over my life). Highly recommend!!! Worth long drives!

Dr. Oliver is the best. She is extremely detailed and caring. She also takes the time to educate her patients! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I am extremely grateful to have them caring for my family's dental needs!

I broke my tooth on the first day of my vacation and I couldn't talk without people staring! I am so glad my in-laws recommended this office - they gave me an appointment right away and Dr. Oliver fixed my tooth the same day! I don't even have to go see a dentist when I get back home - it's completely done and looks fantastic!! Dr. Oliver was really gentle and explained everything as it was happening. I just can't get over how easy and painless it all was - I really wish I could go here for all of my dental visits.

I just have to rave about the hygienist Barb. She was gentle and explained everything as we went along so I wasn't startled. My teeth feel and look amazing. I can't say enough good things about this dental office!
