Jack was great. He recommended a tow service that brought my truck into his shop. He diagnosed and fixed the problem. He went above and beyond to help me get the right parts at the best price and he stands behind his work. He drove out to me a few days later to help with a different issue when I broke down. I called to get a quote on a replacement tire. The person I spoke on the phone with was very unhelpful. I provided the name and size of the tire but his computer system was down even though I called during his normal business hours. I understand people take breaks and go on vacation but he should have started out by saying that he's closing and cannot be of service instead of throwing out random numbers and telling me it will be "expensive." I started out the conversation by saying I need a quote for a replacement tire and he made me feel like I was wasting my time. Sorry that I like to check the
