The owner Brian does an excellent job communicating. Him and his team are friendly and truly care about customer service and satisfaction. Brian and his excellent mechanics were dedicated to make sure my vehicle was safe and finally fixed. They go above and beyond. Not only did his team take care of the mechanical issues they took my truck to get my sunroof sealed in the middle of doing the job.

The first time I took my car here for a radiator problem I drove to work the next day and it started smoking. I had to pull over in some business alley way wait for a tow truck and a rental. They told they would fix it for free which is weird because they never fixed it in the first place. I just paid for inconvenience.

Buying a used car can be scary,because you don’t know the true condition of the car. But when it comes to Nergers Auto, you don’t have nothing to worry about because you will get best out of the best. Customer service excellent.Everyone of them is so professional in what they do.

From initially speaking to Shannon when you 1st call, to dealing with Ernie when fixing my car was not a feasible not do fiscally smart option, my experience was the best I've ever had from an auto shop to a dealership. I purchased a used car at Nerger's in late August. It was an easy process. Ernie had everything we agreed on taken care of and I was very pleased when I picked up. I felt that my satisfaction was important. 5 months later, there hasn't been any surprises with the vehicle. I still love the car and I am glad we were able to work together.
