Services
Whether a simple faucet repair or a complex bathroom remodeling, at My Favorite Plumber, we pride ourselves on attention to detail and customer satisfaction. My Favorite Plumber is committed to serving our customers with the highest quality service and professional repairs. We offer a variety commercial and residential plumbing services.
Few things disrupt life as much as problems with bathroom plumbing. The expert technicians at My Favorite Plumber can identify and fix leaks, clogs and other problems quickly and correctly. When you're ready for an upgrade, we can recommend, install and maintain fixtures for any family size and budget.
Basements and crawlspaces are where sump pumps and sewage pump systems are located, as well as water lines entering homes, pipes and duct work, and lines leading to outside spigots. Back in the Middle Ages, people didn't mind having open wells in their basements (see photo above by Ashley Dace), but most today prefer things a bit more contained.
My Favorite Plumber provides heating and cooling services including HVAC installation, maintenance and repair, boiler maintenance and radiant heat system installation. Don't get left in the cold! Call the experts at My Favorite Plumber for a consultation on upgrading your heating or cooling system or getting more out of an existing system.
It seems like a small thing, but proper drain line installation prevents back-ups which can lead to odors and contamination. Whatever your set-up (sink distance from unit, presence of garbage disposal, etc.) we can make sure the line is functioning the way it should, draining dirty water without filling your sink (ugh) or backfilling onto your cups and dishes (double ugh!).

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness
Made an appointment on a Thursday for the following Monday. Did not hear from anyone by mid day so I reached out to them and was told I would be one of there last stops, and she would call to let me know what time. Then crickets. Never saw them out heard from them. Hard to recommend a company with zero integrity.

I've had the same plumber out three times to work with a troublesome toilet replacement and repair, giving me honest, money-saving advice, guiding towards the correct products and services for an extremely fair price.

I am a realtor and the hot water heater was leaking at our final walk through prior to settlement. We called several plumbers for their availability. Marybeth was able to schedule her installers the same day. She went over and beyond for us. Both the buyers and sellers were happy with the quality of work, professionalism, price and their immediate response. I highly recommend this company! Melissa Collins

Gemma at the front desk is very friendly and professional. All the techs there are awesome and give great professional service. They are neat when they enter the house with drop clothes and very respectful of the home. I highly recommend My Favorite Plumber.

This business came out to my mother's house to repair a bath faucet and trip lever. They would not give her any estimate on price over the phone and never discussed any service charge. Upon arrival, the technician quoted her a price over $700. She decided this was far too high for the job and decided against the service. He was unaware if there would be a fee for coming out and called back to his company. The woman on the phone replied that it would cost over $150. We refused to pay this price and offered a smaller sum for his time. I spoke to the woman on the phone who cut me off multiple times
