Hard water contains dissolved calcium, magnesium, and in some cases, iron. Hard water shortens life expectancy of appliances that use water. Homes have hard water problems regardless of whether your water is provided by a municipality or a private well. Many homeowners don't even realize they have hard water and misunderstand that hard water is actually the source of constant and costly harm to your water system.
When it rains it pours! Especially with a leaking water heater as we all know water heaters can cause tremendous property damage in a short amount of time. That is why waiting is not an option! Thats where we come in. Call us and we are there the same day to service and isolate the water heater in most cases we can replace it the same day.
We at Royal are dedicated to providing that Royal service to your home project. Although we are more than qualified to do most household home renovations, we decided to use our talents in your bathroom. With our extensive knowledge of plumbing, combined with our outstanding craftsmanship, we know we are the company for your project.

The technician was outstanding. He was very professional. The staff responded to me within 12 hours of my call. They gave you a short window on when I could expect to be seen unlike other companies who will give you a timeframe of 12 hours on when they could be there. They value my time and I was very thankful. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I had my laundry utility faucet repaired by Royal Plumbing. They were assigned by American Home Shield. I would say Trevon was very courteous, responsive and on time. The faucet was leaking and needed to be replaced but due to the unavailability of the part, it got postponed for a couple of days. However, the part arrived and it was replaced promptly. Lauren from Customer service was also very nice, she took note of my concern and followed up accordingly regarding the scheduling of the repair asap. Got a follow up call as well to check up on the post repair work. I will definitely consider them

This company is a day time robber. They charged me $540 even my water heater was covered by American Home Shield Insurance. They called it modification even installation was covered. Four parts they installed, one of them wasn’t necessary (Flue pipe) They can easily reuse the old one. They charged for gas line $135 (less than $5 at local hardware store) $135 for Flue pipe (less than $10 from local hardware store) and $270 for two soft water line connectors (not more than $60 at local hardware store). They did it because they can and I wanted my water heater fixed asap. No ethics. I already reported

These guys are the worst. They came to our house 3 times to fix a simple job and then they essentially walked off the job because they didn't feel like being plumbers that day. Meanwhile, we paid them to come out and diagnose. They never found the problem and showed absolutely no interest in finding the problem. They're the worst.

Lacks common sense and the ability to see or, is a shill for the home warranty company. I have a leak in my ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. It's not accessible from the access panel for the bathroom and can only be detected once their is water damage to the ceiling. It can only be accessed to be diagnosed and repaired by cutting the ceiling. This company reported to the home warranty company that this leak was detectable upon ordinary visual inspection. It's unequivocally not; home inspection, photos, and common sense all agree. But I appreciate their 'candor' because they've earned this review
