Very unflexible and unprofessional. Scheduling to tour the property was very hard since David was inflexible to meet during the week and when Saturday did not work we settled down for Sunday. When Sunday came I drove all the way to Palo Alto to meet David and he didn't even bother to show up. After 20 minutes of trying to reach him via phone and messages she finally told me that there was an emergency and he was unable to come. I do understand emergencies happen but not letting the other person know on time that you will not be able to meet them is extremely unprofessional.

Best-In-Class service in every category. As a tenant I can only speak to the user experience. Here is what makes renting from SVPMG "Best In Class" IMHO:
- Maintenance Requests are handled with an online ticketing system (very professional) and the response is so rapid it is actually startling.
- Professionalism, every interaction is professional, timely and geared towards my satisfaction as a tenant
- Responsive, the AC Repair rep told me yesterday "They (SVPMG) are the best to work with because we get our approvals almost immediately, which makes it easier for us to fix your unit"
- Security

I have been working with SVPMG now for several months to manage the conversion of my home to rental property. I met with several other management groups and found SVPMG to be the most qualified and professional to work with. Their experience and knowledge for all areas of property management was clear. I worked with David Roberson of Silicon Valley Property Management Group. I painted a rental house that David manages, exterior and interior. It was an old Victorian house in Palo Alto that was upgraded.
David seems to be very experienced and honest, the way he handled the remodeling process was professional. He knew every step really well. He also managed the schedule well showing due care for the property. It was pleasure to work with him.

David Roberson of Silicon Valley Property Management group is the best there is! He knows how to manage both commercial and residential properties in the bay area. His combination of real estate law and property management experience really shows in his work. What I really like about David, is his ability to communicate complicated legal matters in a way that is easy to understand. He is prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with. David manages a rental property for me in Portola Valley. In my experience, he is knowledgeable, responsive and extremely competent. He provides a much higher level of service than our former property manager for a smaller commission. He has been especially helpful in getting high quality repairs done to our property (new kitchen floor and porch) at reasonable price. The previous manager had a lot of difficulty finding anyone to give us estimates.
