Don’t ever apply to work with this company. I went for a interview with Alexis Ortiz. During the interview she asked me normal questions in regards to the position I applied for. She then asked why im choosing to leave my current agency to which I explained. After she explained the position I decided it wouldn’t be a good fit for me since it wasn’t what I wanted to work within. After finishing the interview she explained to me how she use to be a director at the current company I work in and stated she left said company due to the way they ran the agency yet she still knows the owner very

Working here is nice once you get set up with a good schedule. The pay is good especially if you’re working overtime. The main desk coordinator is extremely helpful & respectful. Even though It took about almost a month to get a firm schedule, I am now satisfied with my position, clients & pay. Things are going great!

I have worked for a lot of Home Health Agency when I tell you Hands From the Hearts Agency is the best. When calling the office the phones are always answered one time. If a client has a problem they are always there to make sure the client and the caregivers get the help that's needed. It is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. They also recognize when a caregiver is doing a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs services. I just want to thank hands from the heart for being such a great Home Health Agency.

I start working for hands of the heart a year and 4 months ago in the middle of an pandemic and it was a blessing.Thanks to my Coordinator Arica, I was able to work around homeschooling my children and that’s all a single mother could ask for. A year later I still have the same clients , who I absolutely adore , and new coordinator Tiara who I’ll do anything for.

I’ve worked for hands from the heart for about 5 years now on and off. Since being with hands from the heart I’ve work with other health organizations as well and I must say hands from the heart is the best for me hands down!!!!! They are promt with covering shifts and fixing clock ins if need be. They are very professional to be such a big organization. They go out their way to not only make sure their consumers are properly treated and taken care of but also that their employees are appreciated. What appears to be a great place to work and to get services for your loved ones is actually a place that does not care about customer service but only care about gaining more consumers. They have had several visits from the department of health because of the lack of care for the consumers and have a slogan that they hire anyone as long as they have two hands and a heart beat. What home care agency thinks that is the type of caregiver should be working for any consumers? Beware before trusting this organization to care for your loved one.

I've been employed here as an intake specialist since 8/20 and I must say that I've really enjoyed it. The owner of the company is very caring and considerate of all aspects of your life not just the work part. We have a staff full of individuals that are willing to help out one another, you rarely get that in the workplace. All in all I would say that my experience here has been very positive.

Since coming to work for this agency on February 10, 2020 I have found that the receptionist Ari is not only brilliant, but goes out of her way to assist you with your needs. She is very customer friendly, very helpful and I am so appreciative of her. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.
