Very nice staff ( i have had two health aides that I think were misfits because the rest of the office staff and the other health aides that I interacted with so far are very polite and professional). I have had zero issues with call-outs so far, and the health aides show up on time ready to work. I have been through quite a few agencies because it's hard to find good ones since the industry is flooded with frauds and rip-offs, but try this agency. They seem small, but the main thing is they are reliable and respectful, and you just have to match with an aide that you can relate to and would feel

I wouldn't say I hated it..but I feel like the job was really unfair.they had me going to someone a hour in a half away from philly.and when I couldn't do it no more it was a problem.and they don't pay enough.for the job of a home aid I think to strat off at 15.00 a hour you are dealing with people being mean and disrespectful.cleaning a persons body and that's a lot.and I feel like I was over worked and under paid...there was no way I could live off of 170 every 2 weeks and I have 3 children.and it wasn't a friendly welcome when you want in to the office...but that's why I no longer work there
