I scheduled an appointment with a woman who answered the phone. The appointment was scheduled for TODAY with an arrival window of 10am-12noon. I called today to confirm the appointment. The woman said she wasn't sure and would call me back, that was at 930am this morning. She NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called again at 1040am , she never apologized for not calling me back. Rude. I asked for an time ETA. She said she'd call the plumber to find out and once again NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I call again, she told me the plumber would be here by noon. I called and scheduled service after they gave me a quote for the work to be performed. They did not show up, nor did they call me to inform me. I rescheduled for two days later, and again they did not show up, nor did they call me. When I tried calling them to follow up, they did not answer the call and let it go to voice mail. I called later, the same thing. I had my wife call, and they answered. When they found out it was about the same service call they admitted, they had seen that I had called several times. After they explained the situation for the delay, we decided to give them one more

I called on Monday to set up an appointment, was scheduled for Wednesday between 12 & 3. Took the afternoon off from work. By 4 still no show. Called and was told they were on their way. Never showed and never called. Extremely disappointed by this extreme lack of common courtesy.

This has to be the worst experience I have had with a company. They were hired to put in a water softener. When they arrived I was told the water softener would not take care of the issue of water being yellow and smelled. I was told well would need to be chlorinated and a whole house filtration system would be needed and that this would solve the issue. I was quoted $1650 for the job and I accepted. They came out chlorinated the well and put in a filter. I was guaranteed this would work. After they bled the system for 6hrs they didn't come back to turn off hose. I called and they said I could

Leaking water heater never fun, we had ALL-Pro come out give a quote and Artur installed it - he's awesome very professional and knowledgeable. We had 2-50 gallons replaced with a 75 gallon so new piping and fittings needed and he tackled the job like you would expect a professional. I highly recommend the AllPro team, extremely responsive getting this resolved. Thanks again, Mike, Michelle and Artur for the great service.

All Pro Plumbing in McHenry - I can't say enough great things about them. I had used them in the past and I am so impressed with them, once again. Their customer service and plumbing skills are unbelievably wonderful.
I had a problem in my laundry room, and two valves needed to be replaced. I called Michelle and she scheduled me for 8:00 am. She also scheduled the village to come out at 7:30 to shut off the water. The plumbers came out on time, replaced the valves, did whatever they needed to do. Quickly and efficiently. Called the village and they waited for the water to be back on and everything

They did not show up with masks. They charged us three and a half times what the item cost for installation, which took all of 15 minutes for each item. Here minimum of a half hour. Really feel it was a huge rip off. Two items cost $25 each and their fee was $175. We're seniors and feel like we were really taken advantage of. Can't recommend them at all because of it.

Called on a Tuesday for an appointment Thursday. My 10-12 timeframe came and went. Left a message at 12:15 to ask for a status update. Nothing. Called at 1:15 and was told he would come "shortly". Called at 2 and was told I was next and he would be there within the hour. Called at 3:40 and was told he was on the way. He finally showed up at 4:10. After waiting all day, I had the "pleasure" of paying $160 for a 15 minute visit. ALL THEY HAD TO DO WAS CALL AND ADVISE HE WAS RUNNING LATE. I understand emergencies happen. I had these guys replace two freezeless faucets last year. They did good work, and charged what I thought to be reasonable. Less than a year later, I attached a hose to one of faucets and a few days later, I noticed a water stain on my ceiling tile. Bottom line, it was a failed press fit connection. I called them and they came out and repaired the failed connection and they were on their way. I would recommend All Pro. They stand by their work.

I called a few plumbing places for quotes on installing a water heater. Michael, the owner of All Pro, was prompt and courteous with answers...and his quote was much lower than others. He was cool with picking up one I sourced locally, installing it, and hauling away the old one. Even installed an aluminum anode rod I sourced to prevent the rotten egg smell of well water.
Day of install they were on time, quick, and VERY clean.
Not one issue with service, install, etc.
HIGHLY recommended in all ways!
UPDATE 2016 Had them fix some leaky faucets. They had to come back and fix their own work
