We offer free estimates for tankless and powervent upgrades and we can have your standard water heater on the truck, if you decide not to go with the upgrade. If your basement is finished and you don't have a back up, GET ONE! If you have one and don't check then add distilled water at least every 2 months.

If you have a basement or a crawlspace you should know, if you don't already, water is always trying to get into the underground portion of your house. This is where the sump pump and pit come into play. That system is your only defense from flooding the next time it rains. We recommend our 1/3 hp pump combined with the PHCC 2400 battery back up.
We will at least tell you the truth about your sewer. It might not even need to be dug up. We have the most powerful rods to open your sewer. We want to clear your sewer, not up sell to a completely unnecessary dig, but pipes do break. We can install an outside clean out in the yard to allow access to the sewer from the outside.
Ejector pumps are used in situations where taking waste water to the sewer is not possible with gravity. The pump will take the water up to the sewer where gravity can take over. The discharge for this pump should be connected into at least a three inch pipe minimum. If this line is connected to a pipe for a kitchen, bathtub, shower, or bath sink, it will cause a gurgle when the pump is activated.
