Our therapists often use more than one technique or method in their work and sometimes combine several. Your therapist will first ascertain your personal needs and then use the techniques that will best meet those needs. Use of long gliding strokes, kneading and friction techniques on the more superficial layers of muscle.
Our pregnancy cushion allows our pregnant or large breasted clients to lay comfortably in a face down position to address low back strain. Prices subject to change. I have been getting a massage once a month for a few years now. The staff at Ponessa is very nice. The therapists that I've seen have all been very considerate of my physical health needs and my stress and worries. I know my insurance doesn't cover these visits and I'm not sure if any insurance would cover a visit. It's probably best to ask your insurance provider. The price of an hour massage is very fair and reasonable.
