Services
Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor. There might be days when you just want to be relaxed and calm and days when you need to have the extra energy to drive the kids all over town, or getting on the business trip requires a travel workout. I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, it should set you up for a successful day.
One of our team leaders will meet with you virtually. We'll ask you some questions, guide you through a physical assessment, discuss your goals and put you through a sample 20-minute workout routine. From there, if you decide to join us, we'll set you up with one of our awesome trainers and. You will receive workout confirmations, reminders and your workout link all via email.
Whatever your reason, hold on to it and remind yourself of it often during the months that lie ahead. When your legs are tired or the weather is nasty, maintaining your motivation will help you get out the door. Be aware of your limits. The 26.2 miles in a marathon put you at a significantly higher risk for injury than your daily neighborhood jogs.

I've been working with Tommaso for the past 3 months, and am extremely happy with my progress. I'm moving better, feel stronger and faster, and find the sessions very rewarding. Tommaso is very attentive, encouraging, and great at tailoring the sessions and overall pace for me. I'm continually challenged, and feel a great sense of accomplishment when I exceed my own expectations (which is often).
The Zoom format works well, because you don't have to worry about the weather or other barriers to showing up. It's also good to learn how to work out at home, with less equipment and space than you'd

My husband and I started working out with Tommaso in January as part of a 3 month journey to get ourselves feeling and looking healthy and fit. The investment was worth it! Despite having to taking his classes virtually due to COVID, I felt the virtual instruction was just like being in the gym. I have seen a lot of physical and mental changes over the last three months and that is all thanks to Tommaso!

My high school freshman started boxing with Tommaso a few months ago and loves it. Especially during this pandemic, getting a teenager motivated to do more than video games is not always easy. I wanted to find a place that was safe in all ways but also had a SKILLED trainer - Tommaso checked all the boxes. My son looks forward to going and is always excited to tell me what he learned. Tommaso is patient but challenges him, teaches him skills and also to work hard. It has benefited his physical and mental status as well as his confidence...but it is also just fun. Tommaso keeps the studio clean

Oak Park Fitness transformed my life. It’s unique holistic approach and coaching style conditions your body AND your mind. Tommaso tailors a personalized program for your individual needs and goals. For me personally Tommaso designed a program on changing my mindset, nutrition (including accompanying me to the grocery) and specific exercises to help me release excess weight. I've been working with Tommaso for 15 months and my experience has been excellent in every way. He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He pushes you to improve your workout performance and nutrition but it is fun and satisfying. He has taught me a lot which enables me to work out on my own much more effectively and I am still learning. I know several of his other clients and they are equally enthusiastic. Also, they run the gamut from 20 year old highly competitive triathletes to folks like me who are in their mid-60's. Tommaso is an effective professional able to help all types of people.

Working with Tomasso over the past several months has been such a blessing. His expertise in fitness and nutrition (combined with his creative mindset, and genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals) has given me the confidence to conquer my personal goals in record time.
My goals for the end of last year were to gain 15 pounds of muscle mass and run a 5K. Within a month, I had tackled my first 5K. By month two, I placed second in my age & division in the Chilly Chili 5K. And by month three, I had achieved my weight gain goals.

Tommaso is a good trainer with customized meal and exercise plans. His studio can accommodate 2-4 person classes if you want to sign up with friends. Larger groups are possible if you want to be outdoors.
I've been going to him for the last 6 months, and have been making steady progress with his guidance.
He offers classes 6 days a week, all times of the day, and he's very accommodating if you have to reschedule.
He also offers a meal prep service if you want to eliminate the hassle of meal planning.
