Services
Lunges 'n Lattes was born of a love for coffee and passion for fitness. What began as a small group of committed students gathering regularly for yoga and training in one coach's garage grew into a vibrant and diverse community. While they still celebrate feats of strength achieved on the training floor, they also revel in the conversations and bonds formed with friends, new and old, over a cup of Berwyn's best damn coffee.
Early in the shutdown, Angela and I were busy boxing up coffee for area hospitals, long-term care facilities, first responders, and tired parents. We shuttled these boxes all over Berwyn and Oak Park. Often they were bought as gifts or donated by friends of ours to. Everyone who is a regular in the morning seems to know Chris looooooves his dark and chocolaty Bear Hug roast from our friends over at Dogwood Coffee Roasters.

My friend in Berwyn comes here for the exercise and thinks it's amazing; I just have to rave about the holiday macarons she gave me from here! A delicious combo of Christmas Cookie, Candy Cane, Gingerbread, Red Velvet, and Spiced Cocoa flavors.

I learned about this spot in 2020 - when I hadn't gone anywhere due to the pandemic. Their delivery services drew me in. I need up ordering a number of times - and even ordered for an outdoor get together earlier in 2021. Coffee and baked goods are my go-tos.
The staff/owners are super friendly and accommodating and the food/drinks are delicious. I am not gluten free or vegan but have been fooled by a number of the GF/V items (they also have non GF/V pastries). I tried a blueberry lemon scone this morning and it was amazing (and big - I saved some for later!).

Time and time again, LnL produces thoughtfully selected, high-quality drinks and goods in the Depot District. I'm a loyal customer since the beginning. I am now in awe of how seemingly seamlessly they've navigated countless difficult decisions and practices due to the pandemic. Nevertheless, they still produce the treats we love in a manner to keep the community and LnL staff safe.

I love Lunges 'n Lattes! I don't do lunges there (or anywhere, don't judge), but don't let the fact that there's a fitness center attached put you off if you aren't much for exercise. This is a fully-functioning coffee shop that pulls out all the stops to make all caffeine lovers happy, especially adventurous ones. They have a massive selection of flavored syrups, a variety of nut milks (including oat!), and I even had an iced tea there with fresh mint in it. Actual MINT. An amazing find in Berwyn!!! The most delicious lattes in the cutest atmosphere. Such a great concept too! And the business owners could not be kinder. We work at the hospital across the street and tried to come in any chance we got for more. Highly recommend the matcha latte and the lavender latte! Just note it is a on the bit pricey side. I wish I lived closer so that I could come more often as now we rotated to a different hospital. You will be missed L&L!

First snow day for the 2021 season and I decided to order a cold brew and a caramel latte. Not only was the FREE delivery fast but wowwww the coffee is amazing! I ordered a cold brew with cinnamon vanilla syrup and a splash of cold cream...tastes just like an horchata! I will definitely be ordering again.

I'm surprised that I haven't reviewed this establishment before!
First off, this is the only gym where I have felt comfortable working out. The class instructors are wonderful and make you feel like you can conquer anything.
If you have any limitations or restrictions, they help you find a comparable activity so that you don't become discouraged.
It's a wonderfully inviting environment to be active in!
Secondly, the cafe area is clean and organized.
I'm impressed by the drink offerings (Kyoto Cold brew?!? Yes please!) and the food options are top notch for quick grabs

I've been a member at LnL for almost 2 years. The decor is thoughtful and welcoming and the gym is awesome. The classes offer a wide variety of stuff for everyone's interests. I am in my 30's and because of LnL I'm in better shape now than I was at 25. It's also a super family friendly place with reasonable coffee/ tea prices.

I found this gem on Instagram and suggested it to my new mommy friend for a coffee date. As most moms know, it's kind of difficult to have a calm conversation with an adventurous 10 month old that wants to explore the world. We went for open gym time, my friend paid $5 for two hours and we ordered some coffee as we sat in the room and watched her baby play. It's such a great concept, the place was clean, the staff was very attentive and extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place and have already sent out invites to my other mommy friends for coffee dates.

This coffee is the best. Consistently. Measured and tested throughout the day by a team of passionate and committed baristas. Snacks are both nutritious and delicious, including a few indulgent options from neighboring bakeries and confectioners. Decor is modern but comfortable. Perfect spot to meet a friend, telecommute, or just grab a cup of coffee or tea or bottle of juice or a smoothie en route to work. Consistent hours -- 5a to 9p weekdays and 7:30a to 3:30p weekends.
