Services
My journey began in the daycare preschool field because I was unhappy with the care and education I was receiving for my own children who are now 22, 19, 10 and 8. I have been blessed to have a large facility in El Dorado Hills where I employ 35 loving teachers and care for 200 children. We offer education and care for babies, Preschoolers, Pre-K, private Kindergarten, a homework tutor club and transportation for school-agers.
The teachers at The Gift of Kids Day Care and Preschool are experienced, educated in child development, CPR certified, have current background clearances, and are trained in health and safety. Our Private Kindergarten program is a full-day program that teaches skills in phonics, reading, mathematics, and science. Students enjoy learning through our monthly thematic units that use smart board technology. We offer individualized attention in a small classroom environment. Students participate in hands-on activities to enforce new skills, and complete monthly journals, which track their progress as new skills are developed.
At The Gift of Kids, children have the opportunity to explore further daily enrichment programs. Childen enjoy enhanced Music, Spanish, and Yoga learning programs. In addition to our well-balanced curriculum, the Gift of Kids offers many other enrichment programs such as Gift of Kids music designed to teach your child rhythm and beat, highs and lows, tone, music ignite all areas of children's development and skills for school readiness.
