Rollatini Restaurant

I have dined in several times and had wonderful service and wonderful food, I have ordered takeout from here a couple of times, the takeout orders don't seem to be put together with the same care as the dine in orders.
On one takeout order I had ordered two subs and one dinner, the sausage parm sub was much more parm than sausage there was barely enough sausage for half the sub let alone the whole sub it was mostly bread and cheese and the meatball parm sub wasn't much better, if these were served for dine in service I definitely would have sent them back and once I send food back I leave the

Excellent meal and wonderful service. Husband had the Lamb Shank with parsley potatoes that was out of this world and I really enjoyed the Shrimp Vodka with fettuccine. Such a great little neighborhood spot.

Chef Victor and his staff at Rollatini catered my wedding a year ago. The presentation was beautiful, staff were warm and friendly. You know how they say what guests remember most of weddings is the food and Chef Victor’s food is highly memorable. At the end of the evening, when we were thanking and praising him for his food and service, I loved him even more for his humble reaction to it. Ordered to pick up..
Left off a cheesecake that was charged for.
Almost didn't receive a pizza that was ordered as well.
Had to remind them to include it.
Wrong salad dressing.
Receipt showed correct order but it was not complete when we got home and opened it up.
I've got a very angry girlfriend now as a result.
I left a generous $15.00 tip which makes it even more disappointing.
My fault for not opening everything there to verify.
First time customer, LAST time I will patronize this establishment.

My fiancé found the restaurant online after searching for Italian restaurants. We are both extremely picky when it comes to Italian food as we both come from Italian families that have family owned restaurants. The menu isn’t too large, or too small, which ensures that each dish is consistent when made to order. The garlic rolls are phenomenal, the red sauce is some of the best that we’ve both ever had, the pasta is always cooked perfectly, the eggplant parmigiana is out of this world, and the service is prompt and friendly. This restaurant is definitely a must for anyone who loves Italian

The most unbelievable amazing service!!! Thank you chef Victor and his amazing staff for making my sisters wedding feel so special! The food was delicious, the servers were attentive, friendly, they worked as a team and professionally. I respect And appreciate Chef Victor professionalism throughout this entire process from the tasting to the actual event. He’s a man of his word and delivers nothing but greatness! Thank you again!! I want to start by saying this place is absolutely amazing! Very nice restaurant. I’ve been here many times and I had to do a review. I’ve had the shrimp Alfredo and the Shrimp scampi, both were a 10. And I can’t forget about the garlic rolls, also delicious.
I highly recommend coming here for fine Italian food.

After going to our local italian place and it was closed for renovations. My wife and I had to find another place to eat italian food in the lake worth area, I'm glad we found Rollatini! Cozy spot with great service and great food! We started off with an order for bruschetta, wow! so good! I had the chicken parm: it was very well seasoned and tasted amazing! My wife had the chicken francese and pasta alla vodka. The vodka sauce was amazing and the francese was not bad. The portions were very large and we ended up taking a lot of food home. will be back!
