Quality has gone down drastically lately..they recently stopped serving salad with their main courses and havent been getting my order right. Last time I ordered, I specifically asked for no egg in my dish..both dishes came with egg so I had to go back. Then when I went back they made my son's dish super spicy when I only asked for 1 dish to be spicy so he couldn't even eat it. I figured they were having a bad night so I went back tonight and my food is once again is not cooked spicy like I asked. It's also a really small serving compared to every other time I've ordered. So, tonight myself and my family ordered from Payathai. We have been going here for our Thai and Sushi for a couple of years now. Tonight we ordered over $70 in food and in the order I requested Eel Sushi. When my wife and son arrived home, there was no Eel Sushi. When I call and advised them of the issue, I was told that they would refund my money. This has happened before in the past where the order was messed up. Always the answer is, we will refund your money. This is not good customer service, you made a mistake on a dedicated customers order, or any customers order. A refund is not sufficient

Best sushi place I have been too. We had three rolls - lobster monster (shown below), super spicy tuna, and the payathai. All were amazing and were large portions. The server was delightful and fun. The sake and steamed thai dumplings were also yummy. I only wish I could transport them to the DC area!
