We used Superior Heating & A/C to do 2 repairs on our heat pump. They came the same day and arrived right on time for our appointment, even a little early. Jamie the technician was polite, friendly, and explained the problem clearly. He didn't try to sell me a whole new unit like so many of the other HVAC repair companies do. He ordered the parts we needed for a good price and came back the next day. He worked quickly and didn't leave any mess. I would highly recommend using Superior Heating & A/C. They are honest, fairly priced, and do neat and efficient work. Be sure to ask for Jamie!

Jamie Boots just did the first service call on our units since we bought the house. He was thorough and explained everything in detail, answered all our questions. I called Superior Heating & Air about 3 weeks ago ... a serviceman named Jamie was here w/in a few days. Serviced my outdoor unit, then came back in one week just to make sure it was still doing well.
I could not be happier w/ the friendliness (of Jamie) and Service quality (of Superior). I recommend this company over any that I have used in Richmond.

I stopped in to Superior Heating and A/C to buy a filter for our unit and to make an appointment to have the capacitor on our unit checked because the fan had stopped working. Everyone there was friendly and extremely helpful in figuring out what filter I needed (I had the dimensions, but not the filter number), and when I asked when I could make an appointment, Jamie said that he could come by right then and change the capacitor.
