One day, after both of us had endured a very long day at work, my wife Tina and I were sitting in our backyard watching our two little ones play. We starting talking about how fun it would be to be our own boss, have our own shop, you know, live the "American Dream". Although most of it's a blur right now, we did it.

For the last three weeks of rain, our Honda sat in the driveway unused, as we prefer to drive the Mazda SUV in bad weather. Well, a family of rats seeking a warm, dry, place moved in, and ate the engine wire harness along with various & sundry other chewables. Who knew an engine rat infestation was claimable under comprehensive?

They were so nice and professional. The sweet gal that answered the phone, was so helpful.
We blew a tire on our trailer, on the freeway, and had to air up the new tire, The gas stations in Cloverdale are not trailer friendly to get into, so we called Cloverdale Auto. It was 5 minutes to closing, and they said come on in. They waited out on the main road, helped guide us into their lot, air upped all of the tires, and made sure they looked good. They were amazing!!

Had a flat tire on Monday night. Left a message at Cloverdale Auto and connected the next morning. They squeezed me in that day, patched my flat and got me back on the road in a heartbeat. Great price, great service, Craig and Austin at the front desk always treat me like I'm a princess!!

I tried Cloverdale Automotive & Tires since they have good ratings and to support local business. I read through their website and all the services that they offer and decided to give them a shot. The first service was fine except that on their website, it said vacuuming of car. That never happened. My car wasn’t vacuumed. Wasn’t a big deal coz I can vacuum it anyway. Today, I had a second maintenance service for my car. I made a 9am appointment online, dropped my car around 0855 and left. I was offered free ride to go back home which was pretty nice considering it was really cold but I declined

On March 9th I was on a road trip when one of my company car's tires started to go flat. I pulled into Cloverdale Auto to get it replaced but unfortunately they didn't have the right tire in stock. They told me they could get it in the next day. They could have left it there and tried sell me a brand new tire in the morning. Instead, they understood that I wasn't from town and had nowhere to stay. They told me they could fix it so at least I could make it safely to my destination and that's exacly what they did. Within 10 minutes I was back on the road and later that night I made it home safely

I had a great experience getting my new tires, worth every penny compared to the big box because these folks really know what they are doing. After having alignment issues with my Toyota for months that both the dealership and another independent shop could not fix after repeat visits and discussions I took my truck to Cloverdale Automotive, they were able to fix the issue the first time for less money. They ordered in the exact tires I wanted and had them ready to install the next day. I am extremely happy and will be going back here.
