Facility Dynamics Engineering is always looking for senior, field savvy facility professionals. Our growth is largely controlled by the talent we can find, not by workload, as we have always had a full plate and are selective about the work we take on. However, our environment is not for everyone. Our organization is structurally flat wherein we function more as a team than a hierarchy.
Facility Dynamics Engineering was co-founded by J. Jay Santos, P.E, and E. Lon Brightbill, P.E., the principals of FDE. With their extensive knowledge and experience combined with their respect and integrity in the field, Jay and Lon form a solid foundation upon which the company and its employees are able to advance and grow.
