A lot of our patients come in after months, years, and even decades of failed treatments both conventional and alternative for chronic conditions. Once put on a customized nutrition program, some patients experience relief in as little as a few appointments. Chronic conditions however do not occur overnight and may take time to heal but we've found that the more closely our patients follow our recommendations, the faster they see results.

I was left debilitated from taking Statin drugs. After stopping them I continued to suffer daily with allergies, pain, fatigue and uncomfortable head sensations and tingling that were affecting my ability to do my job. I am a high school basketball coach. I've been on an NRT program with Dr. Castaldi, and all my symptoms gradually became less and less.
I am 18 years old and have suffered from canker sores for as long as I could remember. Since taking the essential fatty acids he found I was deficient in and receiving adjustments I very rarely get a sore. Thank You Dr. Castaldi. For many years, I suffered from Sinus clogging every morning. Now, I no longer suffer from clogged Sinuses, since I have been on a program with Dr. Castaldi.

First time Nutrition Response Testing patient consultation appointments typically run 60 to 90 minutes. Follow up appointments are 20 minutes in length and may occur every week, two weeks or even monthly depending on your program. Once you've achieved the results desired on your program, we recommend maintenance appointments, two times yearly at minimum.

Coming to Dr. Castaldi's Holistic Health care office was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. Since December 26, 2018 I have been receiving the best professional health services I could have ever hoped for. In a year and a half time I am off of 3 out of 5 medications, feeling more energetic and overall healthy. I have recommended many people to Dr. Castaldi and will continue to do so.

Dr. Castaldi is the most caring and well-knowledge practitioner I know. He has helped me overcome so many ailments and health issues throughout the years. I have been suffering with Asthma, and food allergies for 15 years, and the regular doctors just keep giving me Albuterol and tell me there is nothing they can do for my food allergies.

I think that I would completely lose faith in all medicine if it wasn't for Dr. Castaldi. Of all of the good Eastern medicine practitioners that I've had, he is the best. I have fibromyalgia, and western medicine doctors just want to put me on drugs and always tell me, "Oh, it's just the fibromyalgia" and don't do anything that actually helps. It's hard to describe what he does - you really have to experience it to be blown away. Just leaving the office, I already feel so much better than when I arrived. Dr. Castaldi is a highly trained, excellent and caring practitioner. He used Applied Kinesiology and other methods to clear up mysterious symptoms no other doctor could diagnose or treat!! He found the common cause of a two year pattern of constant fatigue, back pains, immune issues and heart palpitations, and now they are all gone! He is worth the hour commute for me, and I am sending my whole famiky to him!

I cannot express how grateful I am to have been referred to Dr. Castaldi. He has helped me with my chronic pain that I have been suffering with for 10 years. I have been on steroids, opioids among many other medications that never worked.
