Our services are provided under the "Out-of-Network" Provider heading on your insurance company's webpage or in their booklet. Filing insurance for you allows us to meet your needs while having the flexibility to work with all insurance companies as an "Out-of-Network" provider. We will try to give you an accurate estimate of your bill before you arrive, but your treatment may be more expensive depending on what the doctor finds.

My first time here and the staff was so kind and professional. I have never had a cleaning as great as the one I got from Michele. So thorough and so nice. Dr. Manigualt was so wonderful in address my concerns and a straightforward approach to getting me a better bite. If you are looking for a dentist I highly recommend them.
