Services
As clinicians, it is our job to inform you of all options available to you during the course of your treatment. This is a two-way street and requires you to be proactive and ask us if something is unclear or your treatment expectations have not been met. We love to share our knowledge of the teeth and oral cavity, but we are not mind readers!
Our office features digital x-ray technology, which reduces radiation exposure and we use digital photography to show and help you understand the condition affecting the teeth and mouth. All treatment rooms are designed for patient comfort, especially our surgical suite which provides a quiet, relaxing place for surgical procedures, including implant placement and IV sedation.
Visiting the dentist regular can keep your smile looking beautiful, but it's about more than just appearances. We monitor dental and gum health to prevent disease progression. The oral cavity can give insight into the health of your entire body and we look for abnormalities that may indicate systemic issues.
When you have a cavity, a filling is used to repair the portion of the tooth that was decayed. In most cases, a tooth colored resin material will be bonded to the healthy tooth structure, after the decay has been removed. In some cases, a silver material called amalgam may be used. Ask us about the material options available!
A crown, or "cap, " is restoration that completely covers the tooth from all sides. It is meant to restore the tooth to its normal shape, size and function in order to strengthen it and prevent it from breaking or improve the way it looks.

You may need a crown if you have a cavity that is too large for a simple filling; have a cracked, worn or otherwise weakened tooth; have had a root canal treatment or want to correct the appearance of a discolored or badly shaped tooth.A crown is also the last step when you get an implant. Several types of materials can be used to make a crown.

For a number of years, as we lived in WS, Tim
and his incredible staff took excellent care of our dental health. Sara was our hygienist and is great at her work and a wonderful person.
If Tim weren’t 5 hours away from our new home in Charleston, SC, we would be still be under his dental care.

A very clean office, friendly and courteous staff, the latest technology, and the most gentle and competent dentist I have ever had the pleasure to perform a dental procedure for me (a former dentist). I recommend Dr. Henderson with the highest sincerity and enthusiasm.

I have been to the Temples dentistry now 3 times and really enjoy the atmosphere that they provide their patients. I feel pretty calm and relaxed when I’m there. They do a great job to make you feel less like your in a dentist chair about to have sharp objects being shoved in your mouth. I really appreciate the services I have received from. I have had a chunk of my tooth replaced by them, 1 filling fell out and refilled and 1 filling removed and reworked, and a cleaning done.
I have only had great experiences dealing with staff and Dr. Temple. If anyone is interested in giving them a try I

I have been a patient since Dr. Monteith retired. He could not have chosen anyone better to take over for him in King. The staff are kind, thorough, and caring. I normally see Dr. Henderson, but have had the pleasure to see Dr. Temple as welI. Both docs are top notch! I highly recommend them!
