Started coming here as most of the reviews seemed favorable. We had been going somewhere else, won’t say where, but if you don’t order $30 in alcohol your server will just disappear. So we thought we would give Los Cabos a try. No regrets so far. The food is great and the staff are very friendly.

The best Mexican food you can find in Fort Wayne. I love margaritas. I've always made fantastic Margaritas, but the Margaritas at Los Cabo's are by far the best. We have a timeshare in Puerto Vallarta Mexico. We've been going there for over 20 years. I love Los Cabo's food and Margaritas better than any Mexican food I've tried at Puerto Vallarta.
The employees are so genuine, and work so hard to make sure we have the best experience.

First time into this Mex restaurant based on the reviews. I was surprised that the food wasn't better; bland, cold and the chips were stale and the salsa wasn't fresh. The dining room had nothing to be desired, table felt like there was a layer of grease on it and the floor looked the same. No reason to go back.

It has been awhile. I have to say Carlos still cooks a damn mean meal !!! It was absolutely delicious.
My Tacos were so good with their spicy hot green salsa. A side of hot fresh fries and a Coke , I was ready to chow on my special day.
Husband had a HUGE Burrito. Two sauces and beans and rice completed this behemoth of a meal. He had a bowl if their Charro beans, as always.
The homemade guacamole at the side of your table ( with safe distancing) was kick butt !! Thank you Momma !!
Was perfect. Husband had a Horchata, that was tasty too.

Our first time here and dont let the outside Deter you from walking through the door. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Explained the menu and told us of house specials. We decided to try more then one thing from the menu. Absolutely amazing food and it came out of the kitchen in no time. We will be dining here again to try more of the menu.

So far, my favorite go-to for Mexican cuisine. I come here often with my girlfriend. She always gets the arroz con pollo, and I get whatever I'm feeling that day. So far, every single thing we've ever ordered here has been fantastic. I will note that the tortilla soup was tomato based. I'm used to a chicken broth-like tortilla soup. It was still good though. Cant wait to come back to our FAVORITE Mexican restaurant :)

A very good Mexican restaurant. I had the chimichanga lunch meal and it was very good. I chose the beef filling and the beef was tasty, tender and very well prepared.
The service couldn't get better. Our meals were out in record breaking time, so if you are pressed for time during lunch, this is the place to go.
Getting into the parking lot of this shopping complex is rather strange. You have to get there by turning on one of the two streets (Mill Lake or Mardego Parkway) between the restaurant and enter from behind as the shopping complex does not have a direct entrance off of Coldwater.

Lets re-review this in January 2020 kiddies! Place is good, great carry out. Big portions, authentic and fresh. Place is like Celboa's but better. It's an upgrade anymore as portions suffer more at Celboa's. Los Cabos give you something to eat. They fill them taco shells and Tortillas. Homemade chips to, not much salt and slightly bland, but perfect texture and crunch to go with the excellent in house homemade salsa, mild and sweet. Perfect combo, the chips are rather addicting. Get the chips you get a complimentary basket and that salsa be fire!

Everything looked beautiful, but the Carnitas were not as good as I have had before.
And the Autos con pollo was very Bland as well, it definitely needed salt them both of them also they don't carry hot sauce. I love hot sauce and they only had one kind and there salsa was mild to. It is such a very mild Mexican food.

Tucked away in a quiet non-descript strip mall, you'll find a charm of a Mexican restaurant. Service is spot on and the kitchen is blazing fast. The food is always fresh tasting with just the right amount of seasoning.
I'll admit Los Cabos is lacking in ambienace and a authentec look in their restaurant, but the food more than makes up for it. Great place for takeout and their following continues to grow.

We I totally went here due to the rave reviews. It's in a small strip mall shopping center and doesn't appear to be one from the outside. Once inside you will find a small dinning room with plenty of staff and a more than poor lit dinning room. We were sat at first directly under the air conditioner that was seeping freezing air onto us. We did ask to move and they were accommodating. That table however wasn't much better. We were greeted right away with chips and salsa. The chips were straight out of bag from some retail grocery shop and the salsa looked decent. I asked the server
