A From Scratch - Staff engineered Craft Cocktails menu that focuses on unique and creative options. We are considered a new American, full service restaurant that specializes in custom, in-house, from scratch cuisine. We source the best ingredients to create meals that consist of steaks, seafood, poultry and pork as well as craft salads.

For being the day after Christmas, the service was fairly quick. My group of four only had a 15 minute wait when we went. I boringly got the chicken strips (the safe buy for picky eaters) and was able to switch from fries to mashed potatoes - which was great because I love their mashed potatoes - with no fuss over a change of sauces either. Some places can be sticklers with their menus so I always appreciate one that truly accommodates their customers and delivers great food to prove it.

Large portions! Good food! Nice friendly service, but felt sorry for our waitress/bartender. She seemed to be the only one in the bar area. She was at the bar serving those customers drinks and didn't have… much time for the tables. All the while in the restaurant area it looked like several wait staff just standing around. Get that lady an extra person. She was great and took care of us the best she could. I applaud her!

We love this restaurant and it’s our go-to place, but won’t be returning after our recent brunch experience.
We were told our table would be a 20-minute wait. It was 35 minutes.
Asked for a high chair, but we’re seated at an elevated booth so no high chair would accommodate.
Waited an additional 20 minutes at our table and NO ONE showed up to… even take a drink order or welcome us. We were seated directly behind a server station, so we were not hidden from view. Ended up leaving after an hour total at Black Canyon with a hungry family.
Disappointed this time around.

I had the steak and shrimp Alfredo, added cayenne pepper for a little spice and it was good, I won't say amazing it was average, but the service here is amazing. Our server was super attentive and helpful. I also had the bang bang shrimp for an appetizer and it was also super good (couldn't get a picture as my family destroyed it). It was my birthday so they offered a free brownie with ice cream and it tasted like it was fresh out the oven, it was delicious. I also got the mango no. 5 which was also really good.

Would give 2.5 stars if I could. The food is very eh, not exactly bad but you can definitely expect more for the price. I had the BC Oysters, the Bison Burger and the Chef's Featured Cheesecake (at the time, it was a chocolate-Oreo thing). My friends had the Ribeye, the BBQ Ribs, and the pulled pork sandwich which I could sample pieces of. Honestly, this review doesn't deserve colorful words either way because I found most of the flavors very average.
