Love Dr. T's office! From reception to cleaning to exam. Always cheerful, helpful, and professional. Hygienists tell you what you're doing correctly as well as giving you hints about habits that need tweaking. Dr. T listens and is very thorough in his exam, discussing options with you. Another good note, it is fairly easy to get an appointment.

The office manager is extremely rude and aggressive. She incorrectly processed my insurance, left it unaddressed and went out of town. She never called or emailed me to verify my coverage information. Neither did she reached out the insurance provider. So when I arrived I was told I had to pay out of pocket. When I addressed the situation upon her return back to the office, she was very aggressive and rude. She even blamed me for not providing the right information when I gave her everything she requested. It was one of the worst experiences I had at a provider’s office. Based on the reviews

Dr. Treistman and team are by far the best dental office in the Katy & Houston area! They take care of our entire family including my 99 year old mother in law!! Dr. Treistman is knowledgeable, capable, professional & compassionate. The staff is friendly & helpful. Highly recommend!

I found Cinco Dental Care through a close friends recommendation after moving and have been going for a few years now. Dr. Treistman and his staff are very friendly and I always feel like I have been provided great service. Offices are very nice and clean.

Very nice office with very friendly staff. I have never been to a dentistry that has treated me as good as Cinco Dental Care did! Truly a great place for any dentist related procedures/treatments. The doctor was also very informative and professional which I appreciated.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Treistman & his entire staff at Cinco Dental Care. In the past I have always been terrified of dental procedures. I had one today & they could not have been more caring, professional & knowledgeable. They take patient care to the most highest level I've ever seen in my life. Dr. Treistman has been my dentist for the past 20-plus years. He and his staff are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I never have to wait, and the hygienist is as pain-free as possible doing the cleanings. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Zaharie, as well as her staff, are the BEST in Katy! She, her hygiene staff and the receptionist are the nicest people you will like to meet in a dental office. Comfort is king here. This place does not even look or feel like a dental office. Thank you for a great experience.
