For most Americans, their home is their largest asset. It takes years of hard work to pay off and make a home. Sadly, after years of hard work, sometimes Americans don't have all their ducks in a row and they encounter the scare of foreclosure. Negative equity, the passing of a loved one, divorce proceedings, and untimely medical expenses can all contribute to a foreclosure.
Due to recent economic decline within the last decade, many Americans have suffered financially. It is tough to admit, but there has been a lot of turmoil in the mortgage industry as a result of the economy. To many Americans, their home is the centerpiece of their family. It can be frightening to think where your family will end up without your home.
If keeping up with the student loans is challenging you, don't worry, you're not alone. Student loan debt is currently a rising crisis in our country. In fact, over 40 million Americans now have student loan debt. What is more shocking is the amount that people owe. The current total amount of student loan debt in our country has climbed to 1.2 trillion, and the average amount owed is $29,000.

Bankruptcy is a very large problem in our country and sadly, there are many factors that can lead to it. The leading cause of bankruptcy last year alone was medical expenses, followed by unemployment and then divorce.

My house sale was a tough drawn-out transaction due to terrible communication on the buyer's representatives end and my realtor was awful as well. Gil kept everything on track and in order for me and helped my keep my sanity. I can't Thank Gil and and his

Over the past year, Gil represented us in closing three properties (two sales and one purchase). On all three occasions, Gil handled all aspects of the process professionally and timely. In fact, on our purchase, it came down to the last minute because the title company that the sellers party chose didn't have the HUD to us 24 hrs in advance as the contract stated. By not closing on the scheduled date, our renovation timeframe would have been killed.
